The esthetician was friendly, boisterous, loud and immediately jumped into performing the service without instructions or warnings. She did a good job applying the under eye patches, tints, etc. When it was time to take the tint off she dug cotton balls into my eyes - way deeper than was necessary and without care - that toxic dye got in my eyes and it was SO painful. She washed my eyes out with saline like 6 times because I demanded it but they still stung. She never apologized - just "yep, it stings don't it", like I was some sort of torture subject. I don't think she was properly trained! I have had my brows and lashes tinted dozens of times in other salons and sure there is a little sting but the esthetitian knows how to carefully remove the dye so that the sting is minimal and she is compassionate and thorough with the saline. I don't think this woman got all the dye out because my eyes still stung for the rest of the day and into the night, extra dry, red on the inside of the eyelid... 3 days later my eyes are still recovering. Google says the dyes are not FDA approved and can cause serious damage to the eyes - I was freaking out. The place is cute but I would NEVER go here again.

Whitney did my extensions and then I scheduled the fill for 2 weeks later. When I got to the 2-week point I noticed there were lashes hanging into my plane of view, some areas that looked bare so I was very ready to go in and get them filled. Whitney texted me 3 hours before my appointment canceling because she was sick. She asked me for times I could come in for a reschedule, I replied right away and then did not hear from her for several days. Since my lashes were looking so bad, I found another provider willing to do a fill. When I got to the provider she was very worried because the application of the lashes was too far up causing breakage to my natural lashes. I was advised to have them removed immediately to prevent further damage, so they were carefully removed. I was super sad to see the broken off lashes and bare spots. I would advise anyone seeking lash extensions to go elsewhere. I received a refund from Groupon, but am out the gratuity paid to Whitney and the cost for removal which Whitney refused to rectify.
