The contents were thick, gummed up, extremely difficult to squeeze out, and the epoxy never cured, making it completely unusable. When I brought it back, I was told they couldn't accept a return because the package had been opened. That's exactly the problem--there was no way to know the product was defective without opening it and attempting to use it. A defective product can't be identified while it's still sealed. What was most disappointing wasn't just the defective epoxy, but the response. No refund was offered, no exchange was offered, and there was no attempt to stand behind the product they sold. I understand stores need return policies, but those policies shouldn't be used to avoid responsibility for selling defective merchandise. I expected much better customer service from a local marine supplier. I always try to buy Local when I can and this Customer Service sent me to the Internet.

The man parks boats smoother than I park a shopping cart. Honestly, if my life ever depends on precision, I'm calling Jesse before I call 911. The boats? Gorgeous. Like, "don't take me home, I live here now" gorgeous. The lake? Basically a giant mood booster served cold with a side of sunshine. And the views? Unreal. The scenery was gorgeous and our guide, Mo, was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and fun. We had lunch in a meadow and learned about different kinds of trees and wildflowers. We also learned a lot about how landscapes change over time. I really appreciated how Mo led friendly discussions about different aspects of the terrain. Because she studied ice, her expertise is very specific and in-depth. I would recommend this experience to anyone who wants to experience a comprehensive guided hike of Glacier National Park. I hope to take part in another activity with the institute in the future.
