We have been going here a long time. The water is very pleasant tasting and the price is right if... they were actually opened when they are supposed to be open so we can get the club membership price. We went by here today around 10:30. The open lights were off so we returned 30 minutes later and the open lights were both on, however no one was there and the doors were locked. We don't live around the corner so this is frustrating. When we first started coming here they would not take cash for the preorder water club cards. They still only take credit cards and raised the minimum club card amount to $50. So they have our money, but are not open during THEIR regular business hours. If you use the water units outside you have to pay more as the club card balances are not accepted at the outdoor units. Still deciding if their purified water is worth the time and energy.

We have been using a Kangen Machine for over 10 years. We are redoing our kitchen and I needed a…read morefaucet to attach our machine to a new faucet. I called Kwench and spoke with RoeAnn and Tony. Tony recommended a new faucet that I was not aware was available. I am very happy that I found Kwench. I took the machine to be serviced. Tony reconditioned our machine with what they call the white glove service. Wow, the machine looks brand new. The metal plates were filled with deposits over the years. Tony did extra cleaning to get clear water with a level of 769 (look at my photos). The lever before the cleaning was around 100. The waster started out very cloudy and ended up crystal clear after many cycles. It have been a very long time since we serviced out machine. The service takes about one hour and you can wait or come back the following day. The parking is very easy and the facilities are top notch. Tony showed me the working area where the machines are cleaned with pumps and special mixtures to get your machine to work as good as new. We are going to take our machine there one a year for cleaning from now on. Going all the way to Torrance was an option that we always put off. This store is easy to get to and we are very happy with the customer service that Kwench gave us. Our family has been drinking alkaline water for over 10 years. The benefits are noticeable when you are consistent and dedicated. I always carry my own water with me. Standard City water is 7.0pH. Bottled water is a surprising 6.5pH and has micro plastics that have recently been found inside human tissue. Look it up! The Kangen alkaline machine give us a constant 9.5pH. She must be the owners wife because she just does whatever she wants with no consequences. I have my invoices emailed to me. Mind you, I receive over 100 emails a day between work and personal. The invoice tend to get lost. She called me ONE time to let me know I had a balance of $120. I freaked out and paid them all at once. That was Friday. Monday comes around and my Vivint camera captures the delivery guy pounding on my door with an invoice in his hand. He leaves the invoice, takes the empty bottles, and leaves no water. He leaves no water after I paid all invoices. Still a week later, no water. I'm assuming the terminated me? After almost 9 years of business and being one of their first customers.
