5 stars all around. I called the store with questions and he answered professionally and provided the information I needed. I ended up stopping by about an hour after. The item I got worked perfectly and he even showed me how to use it. I did not buy my containers from there, but when I looked at the prices, I realized I made a mistake by not getting f them from here. They are super cheap!! Nice mom and pop shop, they were very helpful. The benefit of going to a place like this is the great customer service and they go out of their way to help. We get a stamp card for a free fill. I also noticed they washed the gallons which was unexpected and nice. Oh and the water taste good! read more

I was looking for a place to fill up water. Read the great reviews and decided to give them a try. Definitely a mom and pop family owned business. They are always nice and the price is amazing only 25cents a gallon. You can't beat it and water taste great. They do get busy some days luckily I haven't had to wait too long but may be driving back to that side of the valley after I move just to go there to fill my water. Oh they have a stamp card which they don't offer unless you ask. I didn't know after like the 5th time I went I saw someone getting it stamped and I was like whaat no one ever offered me one. Bye Felicia! I mean Sparkletts! For the 6 dollars you charge me for one 5 gallon water container...I can get 5 of those same exact water containers filled up at Crystal Water & More. Do I really have to do the math for you? Ok, I won't. So, the place is decent. The water is filtered. The customer service was fast and efficient. They even have carts to use when transporting the water gallons to your vehicle. It's located on a busy street so the parking may not be spectacular, but definitely worth a look if you're into not wasting loads of cash on simple drinking water. read more

I work in Sylmar and since we moved to Santa Clarita my family has complained of the icky water that comes out of my filtered refrigerator..I tried changing the filter earlier than recommended etc. Well my 12 year old is so picky of the taste she won't drink her water...doesn't like the big named water, but likes purified water! At my office she is loves the water and asked me to bring water home for her from work..okay 1.5 years later, the brick hit me over the head and I asked where my boss gets the office water..you guessed it! I went in and bought a BHP-free 2.5 gal container (first fill is free) for $9. Now I have found a water cooler, bottle is on the bottom, I liked the idea especially earthquake safety. I went in to purchase the plastic BHP-free 5gal bottle and he asked me, "is a top loading or bottom loaded bottle, the lip on this bottle is better for the bottom loading"..nice he knows his products! So for 10 bucks, I got the proper bottle and yes they filled if for free. I asked for my card for next time I come in to get stamped for my free 5gal because I will be buying again and again. Extremely happy, kids drinking water again and I have hot & cold great tasting water at my fingertips now!! read more

This place is awesome & very clean. All kinds of different water containers & their reverse osmosis water is only 25 cents a gallon.

Family and I have been coming to this place for years. We have water filters at home but, we still come and get water here. They have a great filtration system, the water is affordable, the owner is knowledgeable and people are helpful. I also buy my ice here. They use their own water and freeze it. Usually other ice bags from retail stores ice is not as clean. I refill my gallons of water for my home and my business. Best water supplier in Sylmar. read more

For $1.25 you get way better quality filtered water than at those machines at the Vons across the street. The service is great and helpful and you get a free refill card that they stamp for you, so cant complain at all about anything here (way better than paying $5 or more per 5 gallon container from sparklets or other delivery services) read more
