I left his office feeling great after an adjustment, and am not scared to go back (like the first appointment I had years ago at another clinic). I also felt educated and was given some stretches to do at home and at work that I will apply to my daily routine. Dr. Hackmack always confirms my suspicions: a rib is out, my hip is tilted, etc. He has fit me in during an emergency and made sure I was cared for to relieve my pain. He has never made me sign a contract for a set amount of visits, or locked me into a never ending plan. I continue to go back because he is legitimate and kind and does what is needed to either relieve pain or maintain a healthy spine.

I've had multiple visits with two of they physicians for both chiropractic care and physical therapy. They work with eachother to get me well again. I was in an auto accident and they've helped me a lot. They set me up for an MRI even to find out more about the pinched nerve issues. I'm well on my way to a full recovery. Don't go there if you expect to pay with a Flexible Benefits Card. The receptionist didn't understand why my benefits card wouldn't go through, and tried it several times. The office manager then told me that she has been trying to get the doctor to change their business profile from "busness" to "medical business" to fix this issue for TWO YEARS, so I had to pay with cash and then work with the benefits company to get reimbursed. The receptionist told me that $65 was the price for the first appointment, and it was $45 after that. The paperwork said that if I paid right away, I would get a 20% discount on the price. NO, that is just the price, there is no discount. The chiropractor told me that I was injured, perhaps from sleeping wrong, and alluded to not being able to do me any good for my issue. He adjusted me here and there and told me that my pain should calm down within the next couple of hours, and not to lift anything during that time (in answer to asking him what I should do to make this better). I think he got something wrong because I was hurting more the rest of the day... I was unimpressed with the building, billing practice, and chiropractor. I do not recommend them.

I gave it a try and it really changed my life. There were times when I couldn't sit longer than 10 minutes without experiencing back pain, and after a few sessions here that pain was relieved.
