Unfortunately, this year has been incredibly frustrating. I've had 4-5 appointments cancelled in a row. three massage appointments cancelled the day before, and one even cancelled the morning of. Once is understandable, twice is bad luck, but three or more is a clear pattern of poor scheduling and unreliable service. My last attempt was cancelled a week in advance with no explanation. I've given this place more chances than I should have. The scheduling system is a mess, and the inconsistency has been extremely disappointing. I can't recommend it anymore. go somewhere else.
