Team Dajohys went so far above and beyond my expectations. From showing up on time, to staying until the job was complete to their high standards, at no point did I second guess or regret my decision to hire them. They found hidden items- light bulbs, a plate, other items that i still don't even know where they were hidden. The results were fantastic. I mean, the place was apparently disgusting! I have no idea where or how that much dirt and grime were hidden, but there it was, pile after pile of grossness! We hired Ms. Cynthia for bi-weekly housecleaning. This was accomplished for about a year on…read moreschedule. A team of three usually accomplished the cleaning quickly, though not always to a high standard. Sometimes they inexplicably wouldn't vacuum any carpets, often left pet hair on furniture, used dirty cloths to wipe white sills leaving black smears, etc. Twice they broke delicate items of decor (only *once* notifying us because we were home and heard the crash). The second time they just tossed the broken item in the garbage. So they are a bit careless in their haste. Then they just stopped coming. Don't think we are difficult clients in any way- we quietly accepted any "oversights" as it was easier than cleaning ourselves given our work schedules. We never complained, always greeted them politely, always paid in cash. No incident precipitated the ghosting and no communication or notice was ever received. Just *poof*, never to be heard of. While confused and slightly surprised, I wasn't overly upset about the mysterious breakup. You could do worse, but you could do better for the money.
