The worst customer experience ever. I paid $165 to ship "next day". The receipt from the store…read moredid not contain a tracking number... So imagine how challenging that was. The package did not arrive next day...it arrived four days later. FedEx phone system is horrible... especially when you don't have a tracking number. And this store doesn't answer their own phone...they send it straight to FedEx Ex corporate. Where you cannot talk to a person. Horrible, slow and expensive. Never again.

I was literally the ONLY customer in the place and he walked away from me standing at the counter to go put away some paperwork (that could have absolutely waited) ....mind you BOTH associates were on the phone WHILE I WAITED AT THE COUNTER for almost 10 minutes. He then hung up the phone and walked to the back!! Three people had time to walk in while I was waiting!! He helps the white woman first that walked in after me while the other associate was still finishing a phone call. He then helped me when he hung up the phone, even though he apparently did not quite understand how to do what I needed. I don't ever need to visit this location again, but in case you do, avoid the white man with the long ponytail, who apparently does not want to help people of color that walk into his business! Disgusting!

Beautiful textured stock paper, eye-catching raised print, and the shop keeper will help you with layout and font. Where else can you bring in original artwork and have it transferred to a biz card without first turning it into a jpg, or a tiff or a whatever? If you're not a graphic designer, or you can't afford one...go here. You won't be disappointed!
