Our young team of creatives is made up of a wide range of art and design backgrounds, engineering/mechanical expertise, and company leadership brings decades of experience guiding clients to options that really align with the occasion, company vibe, branding and more to ensure the end results are unique and meaningful to the recipients and viewers for years to come. VAE is at its core a design studio that just happens to make physical products. We do a bit of everything really! For metal we're some of the few remaining with the expertise to offer traditional diamond drag CNC engraving which is the only way to produce the kind of light catching texture our engraving does. We also use dye sublimation to add full color designs to various materials. We find laser engraving can produce incredible results on wood, thick acrylic, plastics, leather and more (just not typically metal or glass) and we sand carve crystal, glass and stone. One of the things that makes us unique is our belief in using the best possible process for each material, so unlike many shops that have one or two methods of marking a product, we continue to expand our technologies, techniques and use creative problem solving to make results possible that we've often heard machine manufacturers say "can't be done". We say, challenge accepted!
