They were constantly checking in throughout my appointment to make sure everything was going well and that I was happy with everything. I got the Signature Pedicure, which included a callus treatment, cucumber scrub, and a lotion massage. It was such a relaxing experience, and I loved how much care and attention was put into everything. I also got my toes done in color #27, which was the closest shade they had to a baby pink, and I absolutely love how they turned out! Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. You can really tell that they care about their customers and want you to leave happy. Wanted to get a pedicure before going into labor. I got the coffee scrub with gel nail color(15 dollars) The lady who did my nails, "Mimi" I believe was super nice. Pedicure looked great but did chip by day 4. This wasn't my usual experience with gel. Vibes were good- quick to greet you, didn't try to force other services too much, offered sodas and chair massages were nice. I didn't like the being asked so often to do a google review. Even when I declined the 10 dollars off, I was still asked to do and show the review. One person was little rude but the other people working there was so nice that I ignored him. Just had my first manicure and pedicure. The salon is beautiful. They are staffed very well, including a lovely dedicated front desk/helper who makes sure you get checked in/out promptly, they offer multiple drink options (buy your own alcohol), etc. my services were perfect. Newly opened, this place is lovely! It's large, well-appointed and quite glam, as the name indicates! They greeted me immediately and offered me a beverage, then escorted me to my technician with a digital check indicating my booked service. No need to stand and pick a color- they brought the books to me! I enjoyed a full set of TAP gel nails with tips - a service I had never heard of, but was recommended by my technician (MyMy) based on the condition of my nails. Okay, I finally get the hype -- this nail salon is FIRE! The vibe is so cute and elevated, the techs are actual artists, and my nails came out looking expensive AF. I went in for a chrome almond set and left feeling like a total baddie with everyone already asking where I got them done. If I could give a zero I would, I was so incredibly disappointed today. I went for a pedicure, didnt want anything fancy this time I got a basic #1 with gel very simple. Ive been here before many times since they opened and I loved them until today... I HATE my nails they turned out awful, like a child did them. They are all cut uneven and are slanted. The guy who was going my nails BURNED my toe nails many times with the nail file tool. They added extra charges to my BASIC pedicure when they normally dont ever do that, when I said something about the extra $10 charge they said it was for the acrylic fix on my big toe (NEVER have been charged for) and then they said misunderstanding and charged me $5 still extra. They made a big fuss and everyone looked at me when I was asking them about that extra charge. I was so disappointed. When I got home and looked closer at my nails I saw how awful they truly are. I wasnt going to post this but I wanted to warn others incase it happens to them. read more

I went back into the salon today to have my nails redone after the owner responded to my original review and let me know they have a 10-day guarantee. I really appreciated that and was hopeful this visit would completely change my experience. Upon entering, the man behind the register asked me to check in, which I did. I explained that I was there because the owner had responded to my review and informed me of the 10-day guarantee. The man, who was slightly overweight and wore glasses, then began questioning when I had been in. I found him to be unkind, and his tone of voice made me feel frustrated and uncomfortable. I told him I could pull up my review so he could verify my previous visit, which I did. After that, I was helped by a wonderful female nail technician. I believe her name was Anna. She was amazing--professional, kind, meticulous, and checked with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was happy with my nails. She did an excellent job, and I happily tipped her for her outstanding work. As I was leaving, the same male employee confronted me and told me that I could remove my previous one-star review now. I told him that he was rude and that he needed to work on his customer service skills. What happened next shocked me--after I left the salon, he chased after me outside!!! Because of this male employee's behavior, I will not be returning to Glam Boss Nails. It's unfortunate because I was fully prepared to update my review to five stars based on the quality of Anna's work and the owner's willingness to honor the guarantee. Instead, this male employee's unprofessional and aggressive behavior cost the salon that five-star review and a customer. read more

Amazing experience here! We had the coffee pedicures with Hiu (Hugh) and Lisa and I can't say enough good things. Starting from when we walked in the door we were greeted instantly by a sweet woman and then again by another gentleman making sure we were helped. He checked us in and took us back to where we were getting our services and immediately offered us refreshments. They serve Alcohol and Non Alcoholic beverages and sweet treats. We got a water and Diet Coke which was a nice treat to go with our treatments. Then Lisa helped my wife and Hiu helped me. They were so friendly and made sure that the water was the temp of our liking and then proceeded to start the pedis continuously checking in along the way to make sure everything was perfect from the length of the nails to the pressure of the massage. The temp of the weighted neck pillow and treatment masks they applied. They double checked the color of polish was to our liking after it was applied. We were just so impressed with the level of cleanliness, and attention to detail. We will definitely be going back. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to some self care with Lisa And Hiu.
