Last week, I stopped here for the first time as it is close to my house, so I was hoping to find a…read moreplace closer to home than I usually go. I asked if they had time for a Gel/Shellac polish Manicure and the lady at the counter said yes and sat me at her chair. While my nails looked okay, she rushed very quickly through it, she only "Massaged" my hands/arms for a total of around 45seconds a piece, and the water was very cold that she placed my fingers in. I was in and out of her chair in under 18 minutes. Not long into my service, her next appointment walked in and was waiting behind us and talking to her the entire time, so I believe that was why I was rushed so she could get to her appointment that was booked, I would have rather been told to come back later than to be rushed out. It has really bothered me since the service was rushed and I wasn't treated as I should have been since she was in a hurry to get my out of the chair, as it is not a cheap manicure. The lady hardly spoke to me and seemed like she just wanted to get me in and out and move on. (Update, after about 8 days all of my nails gel polish has started to lift from the back and do not look very good) I get pedicures every 3 weeks and occasional Manicures so I have had many, this is the first time I was not happy with a manicure service, as I do know what can be expected.
