I didn't want to leave a negative review because I understand that mistakes can happen, I also waited a while to post this and I am very uncomfortable posting my picture but I think it's necessary to explain the extent of this. My experience was unfortunately very disappointing. I spent $200 on a brow lamination and lash lift, and the results were not what I expected. Please note I did not ask for a refund because I felt it was a losing battle after the results started to fully show. I posted a picture of a proper lift on my eye next to what I received. My lashes have been shedding significantly since the appointment, and my brows appear over-processed and uneven. I did brush them in the photo I had taken that's posted below to ask ChatGPT what to do once I noticed what was going on the next day. I do have naturally curly, fine hair, so I understand that results can vary, but the level of damage was noticeable and unexpected. In fact, I later went into Ulta, and the brow technician there kindly took the time to help correct my brows without me even asking, which really highlighted how much they needed fixing. Overall, I wish I had chosen a different provider for this service, as I regret this appointment and the damage it caused to my brows and lashes. This is absolutely a common experience here from the other reviews so don't be like me and just listen to the people who already made the mistake please, or call any other business that specializes in lashes and brows and ask them about amazing lash and they will collectively tell you to avoid at all costs because many clients come in with bad experiences from here. And as a side note I do get lash lifts and brow lams regularly so I know how to care for it what right looks like for me and this is not it! read more

Please note that I did not have my lashes done here. My review is just based on walking in, talking to the girl at the desk, and leaving. I was looking for a new lash place. I went in person to talk about scheduling and services, prices, etc.... The girl behind the counter looked drugged. She explained the services in a monotone, bored voice. Then she went into the prices. I was shocked at how expensive this place is! It is double the studio I had been to previously. This was one of the most confusing and disappointing experiences I've had at a shop. The pricing and membership details were not clearly explained at all. When I checked out, the only thing mentioned was, "Do you want to save money with a membership?" Even when I mentioned displeasure with the price STILL nothing was said about the membership price. I got the more expensive technician as I didn't want a bad first time experience. Checking in, I commented how great the lady's lashes looked that was checking out. Needless to say hers looked better than the ones I paid extra for! The lashes on my left eye are visibly shorter than the right. Right eyelashes almost go to my brow but the left is only halfway to my brow (yes eyebrows are equal) I have photos. I tried this for a wedding event. I do not recommend this establishment b/c I called to get it fixed and I only have 72 hrs! I fly out tomorrow and offered to come early Monday and they denied my request!!! This was very expensive, I liked the person who did my eye lashes. At the end it was $325 dollars with a kit for $80 Dollars and the eye lashes wand was broken. Taking the kit back tomorrow. Just tried to open up the lash wand. In total over $200 dollars to take off old lashes. 85.00 for lashes $40 for take the old ones off not sure how we came to $325 .00 dollars. I would have love to give the eye lash person a tip but pretty sure she got one. Taking back the kit tomorrow. Most likely I wont return. I wish them the best but this is no way to keep customers. First time here and I love it! The staff is so nice and friendly here. They really care and take interest in your needs.Compared to other places I've been too , I feel like their prices are fair. Riley works in the front desk and she very helpful and kind. Any questions I had about my eyelashes,pricing, post care, she knew! Britney was my eyelash stylist and she is beyond amazing! The only thing truly "amazing" about Amazing Lash Studio in New Braunfels is that they are still in business. Had my wife's lashes done for Mother's Day on a supposed $99 "new client" deal that ended up costing $152 and change for the "volume" she liked. I had no problem paying extra to see her happy. However the "volume" she was shown didn't translate to her lashes. Turns out her technician only had 2 mos of actual working experience. But that wasn't the worst part. These costly lashes started falling out 3 hours after application. So my wife returned the following morning to have BOTH problems (volume and falling out lashes) remedied. Manager extraordinaire Ashley told her (verbatim) that "...an experienced senior technician" would be an EXTRA $30!! After learning of this ridiculous and unfair proposition, I personally called Ashley myself to explain how having to pay more money to have a job done correctly that THEY mismanaged, stunk and that entrusting them with my wife's Mother's Day gift was turning out to be a bad mistake. Surprisingly, Ashley reversed course, nixing the "up charge" in favor of common sense and good customer service. (I thought) But yesterday I was billed ANOTHER $79.99 for a "membership" we were never told we had been "enrolled" in. In fact when leaving, we were so unhappy with the unprofessionalism that we would NEVER want to be a member of any establishment where "getting what you pay for" the first time around isn't practiced. My wife called immediately to complain about the unauthorized charge and 24 hrs later is STILL waiting on management to call and speak to her. I had to go to the bank and have my debit card reissued and file a complaint to have this reversed on my end bc Ashley and crew can't be trusted to even return a phone call. If I could give them less than one star WE would. My advice to all new clientele? Go somewhere else. read more

No regrets and I will be back! I went in for my VERY FIRST lash appointment with Meghan about a week ago and I had the best experience ever. She was so easy to talk to and made the process really comfortable. I have heard of many lash extension horror stories but that was not the case with this studio. I highly recommend getting your lashes done here! Everyone is super helpful and my lashes have never looked THIS GOOD. Poor application quality - I adhered to all the rules after getting my full set (this was not my first time with extensions and before moving to New Braunfels I had been getting lashes for 10+ years) and yet by day three I had a lot of gaps. Now two weeks in and I have maybe 10 lashes left on each eye and it looks awful. It's clear that she didn't use enough adhesive when applying the lashes and not just my natural lash cycle shedding because none of my natural lashes are attached. I don't rub my eyes, I don't sleep with my face buried in my pillow and I don't ever put my face directly under the shower head- all of which can contribute to lashes falling out . For the price I would have expected higher quality. Lesson learned. read more

I had an issue this weekend with a bunch of eyelashes coming off within two days after my fill appt. As I have been a customer since 2019 I've never once complained about my service. I decided to go to a different lash tech since Saturdays were a lot easier for me to book an appointment. And has not had the best service since I change lash techs. I went in on December 23, 2023 to get a lash refill and on Tuesday I had about more than 10 lashes fall out which is not normal for me. I went on two days to see how much more would fall out and it was more than normal. I called on Thursday to book an appointment to see if I could come in and have them fixed but their policy is three days. I decided to book the appointment anyways, but I was told that my mini lash appointment would be covered by them. As my appointment came to an end, of course my lashes weren't completely full. My eyelashes look completely different on both eyes. But I was also told that my total was $180. that is more than a full set and even more than the monthly subscription of $139 a month. I could completely understand if I did something wrong to taking care of my lashes but my retention is very strong. when I went in on December 23, 2023 I also asked the front desk to see if the new lash tech I was going to was using the same glue that the previous/tech was using. Comes to find out that they had not been using the same lash glue as I was informed. I have been getting lashes done for more than six years I know how to take care of my lashes as well keep up with them. I sad to say I will not be going to amazing lash anymore. read more

I got my lashes done yesterday for the first time. I was so looking forward to it. When the technician was done, I was not too happy with the outcome. I didn't like the way they looked at all. I literally look like a clown that I wouldn't even go into public looking like this. I wanted a natural look and it was not natural looking at all. It was already almost 7pm at night so they told me to go home and give it some time to see if I liked it. I emailed the studio last night saying I don't like it and I look ridiculous and they called me first thing this morning to come in today. A lot of lashes fell off last night on one eye only. So now I even look more ridiculous! I went in today thinking they were going to fix it and I was told, I could pay to get them taken off or pay to get them taken off and then pay again for a new set. So, basically start all over. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Im not happy with what I got in the first place and I clearly explained that I wanted a short natural look. So I choose to take them off and be done with it. Now, I'm out over $100 and got nothing. Im so disappointed, what about there guaranty that we have for 3 days? Also the technician today told me that the reason that a lot of lashes fell off last night is because they were not bonded properly and put on correctly in the first place.
