Third, FYI ... if someone goes to college and you hire them and then make them sign that bogus contract that tells them they can't work in that field for a year, nope, NO judge is going to hold them to that. That's their livelihood and why as a business owner and woman ever want to hold another woman back? If it doesn't work out with you, let them go. Your ego is going to cause karma to come back hard. Birdie flying around town about you hurting the woman power by trying to control. Let them grow and stop holding them back. I hope they challenge you in court over that and you will see.
