She has such a deep knowledge of anatomy and will move me (my head, legs, arms) around to best target muscles rather than just having me lay completely flat and doing surface level. I swear she gets out knots in my hips that I didn't even know existed and I've never found anyone who can relieve my neck knots so effectively. She can go amazingly DEEP but is also good at lessening pressure when requested. I have gotten massage for years and seen probably a hundred therapists and she tops it all.
