I did some digging and found that this place was just a few blocks from my hotel. I booked an appointment online and met with Keegan to get a fresh cut. I pulled up some old pics to give him an idea of what I wanted. After some collaboration we sort of kept things where they were for me with a few minor changes based on his suggestions. I'm pretty picky about my cuts and I was quite pleased with his work. I can't say I'll plan my haircuts around work trios to Knoxville but if it turns out that I'm due for a trim while I'm in town, I have no hesitation of going back to see Keegan.

When she arrived for her appt they told her they didn't have time to cut her hair and do highlights. They made the appt so why no time? While doing her highlights it was left on too long and fried her hair. She tried to ask a supervisor and told them it was on too long. No one seemed to give a damn. They washed her hair then told her they didn't have time to dry it.....really. Think the stylist just didn't want her to see what she did to her hair. She came home and and began combing it and clumps of bleach blonde hair starting coming out. Breaking from the so called highlights. Double handful of hair came out. She has pics and will never go back to this place again. I'm posting to let others know.
