However it is not. I have lost a few hundred dollars and they are not refunding it. Really bad customer service. Just wanted to give others a heads up so they don't experience the same headache.

I realized that I've walked by this little outpost of tranquility many times without even realizing that it was there (usually because I was running late for a flight). After weeks of traveling, my back was in pain, and curiosity got the better of me. John greeted me warmly, asked me what was going on and how he could help, and most importantly what time my flight was. We agreed on a 40-minute chair massage finding and working out numerous knots and may have been the only thing which allowed me to survive another flight in Delta's little CRJ torture machine. While the place may not look like much, looks in this case are very deceiving. Go in and have something good go on behind your back for once. Hey - you should get to the airport early, right? Reward yourself for it. FYI - if you're not flying from the US Terminal, Airspa has outposts in the Domestic Terminal at Gate 5, and International Terminal at Gate 53. Enjoy!

Since I didn't know if I wanted a shellac or a UV Gel done, she explained the difference very well and put up with my indecisive self. (Honestly, if you were to rate me as a client I would probably get a 2 star rating from her- I just really never get my nails done so I was unsure!) The service was incredibly fast and I was charged $35. I was also told, that if you want a mani AND a pedi, they offer a deal where both are only $55. It would be $5 more if you wanted a french manicure like I got, but to get both done for $55 is quite a good deal. The salon is clean and quite large for the complex it is found in. I was also made to feel comfortable and while we had conversation here and there, it wasn't one of those experiences where I felt FORCED into conversation. They also were the first that had room for a walk in. It took about an hour and it was a pleasant experience. There was no AC but it didn't feel hot in the store. I liked their colour choices, I ended up going with Grapefruit. I tried a new nail size, now they're almond round-ish, which I was a bit skeptical about at first because it looked so weird on my hands, but now I love them! At the end, the lady gave me a small hand massage with lotion which was nice and unexpected! The total was 40$ but since I was paying with card, she said she would have to add a 6$ charge It was my first time there and she was nice enough to waive the 6$ and I ended up tipping the 6$. It was more than I wanted to pay, especially since Décarie is far from me so I thought it would be cheaper.
