I had a great experience with Terri! She knew my size and picked out 5 dresses for me to try on. She kept checking up on me so that she could help me zip up the dress that I would try on. When I purchased my dress, she called a shop near by that she recommended so that I could get the dress hemmed due to the dress being too long. (I am short 62inches) I will be back again when I need formal dresses for work (Christmas party) parties. read more

My daughter and I came here to shop for a prom dress since it is one of her most important night of her life. Although we did not buy a prom dress here since Corona virus happened, I wanted to leave my thoughts and review here. All the ladies and the gentleman were so hands on and helpful. The have different varieties of dresses. Really nice people and made is very comfortable for us to shop. Did not felt pressure to buy anything on the spot. The gentleman explained to us that once we picked out a dress, they have a book that they record the senior's name, school they attend, and what dress they choosen. We drove several hours for prom dress shopping in Houston. We entered the shop and started looking at the dresses. We were told there was a 5 dress limit. After trying on 5 dresses, one of which the zipper was broken, we were informed when looking at other dresses there was a 5 dress LIMIT PERIOD. They want you to special order dresses. We witnessed the fitting of their special ordered dresses and it was a horrible failure. This poor young lady received a dress that was wrong size and way too short! The shopping experience should be fun and exciting. This dress shop's customer service was the worst I've ever encountered. Obviously in the business of alienating customers and not in the business of selling dresses. The MOST DISTURBING was the dress shop owners's husband walking around where all these young girls were dressing behind poorly closing curtains. I made mention to the shop owner I was uncomfortable with it and she informed me he was helping! Helping with what exactly. Women should never have to feel uncomfortable or unsafe while getting partially to fully topless!! Beware! I'm so glad my daughter and friend weren't in there alone! read more

A few days right after purchasing the dress my daughter's prom was cancelled due to COVID. Not only did my daughter not have a prom but was unable to return the dress because of the stores policy. The owners never returned my call and I was stuck with a $350 ++ dress. Also, if you buy a dress not only is it non refundable but you are responsible for any alteration needed outside the store. If purchased anywhere else, you could at least have a return policy along with some kind of customer service. They have no respect for you and only care for the purchase. There are also two men walking around the store that I was told were the husbands of the owners which my daughter felt uncomfortable. Also choose wisely because you can only try on five dresses. read more

I shopped here for my daughters for various HS events. There were many! I found a few dresses over the years. The previous owners were fabulous. The new owners were just as fabulous. I was looking for a Mother of the Bride dress. I tried on this amazing sequined dress. I was concerned it was a little much, but my daughters both loved it. It was pricey, but worth the cost of that dress. I put it on layaway... I had a lot of other expenses! My daughters then shared with me they thought it looked amazing, but it might be a little much. Really? Ugh. I didn't realize the no refund policy, even though it was on layaway. That was my fault. However, they worked with me and gave me a phenomenal discount on the dress I did choose. I simply loved both dresses. I could have taken a loss on the deposit of the first dress, but they made me such a deal and I loved both! When ai asked about a wrap, they had the designer send one. They weren't overly impressed with it, and gave me one they had. It was small and not what I was looking for, but they tried. I LOVED my MOB dress. So did my girls and family. The wedding dress was already chosen so I had a little focus on me that day..or those few days! They did a phenomenal job helping me out. There is already enough stress with a wedding! In a day and age where customer service is completely lost, she knows that it's important. We went to find a dress today, for homecoming that's tomorrow and she definitely delivered. I came here with two of my close friends to come prom dress shopoing. This was our first time trying on prom dresses so we were mostly looking around for what styles we liked and what colors we wanted. I made an appointment about a week before just for assurance that they would have time for us. As soon as we walk in we are in awe at such beautiful dresses and start thinking about what we want to try on. They measure us for size and explain that they only carry 1 size in each dress which was extremely difficult to be able to try on a variety of things that we were. Sadly, my friends felt as if they could not try on anything due to the sizing issue and once they put on that dress, they owners felt very pushy for us to buy the dress. Both of my friends only tried on 1 dress each and I only tried on 2. If you're looking for a specific style and/or color, this is a pretty good place. But if you're looking to find what you like, this isn't it. The pressure to buy is there, but if you can overlook it and get over it, it's not that bad. read more

What makes it best is that we had order from another place back in Dec for a May Prom....and they said would be in Feb. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this store. I was looking for my wedding dress (with only 3 weeks until the date) and they made the experience stress free and exciting. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and helped by the wife of the owner. She was very profession and not pushy (which I have completedly been turned off from other stores because of this). I tried on several dresses and she always gave me information about alterations that could be done and about how long it would take. The owner was very nice and helpful as well.
