The pool and sauna is what sets them apart from other gyms. With those not working, I can go to that other gym and pay only $10.00 a month. I'm paying extra money for nothing extra. The crowd is very slow, quiet and machines are available to hen we come early enough. We have come later than our desired time a few times, it's more crowded and less machines readily available. I appreciate all of the sanitation stations placed around the gym. I enjoy the friendly staff. They so am as we enter and as we leave each time. I have also been able to get some assistance in machine and workout suggestions when I've inquired at the front counter.

She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the process. The procedure itself took about 15 minutes, not counting the additional time needed to let the numbing cream kick in. As she started the procedure, we realized that more numbing cream was needed, so that was another 10 to 15 minutes tacked on to the time. Unfortunately, the procedure was not as painless as was initially described, but it's not prohibitively uncomfortable. Dr. Kim checked in with me throughout the process and if I needed a break, she would take a pause and give me one. After the procedure, Dr. Kim gave me some wound care instructions as well as some ointment to put on the site as it healed. I'm happy to report that there was no pain or discomfort after the procedure. Procedure side, I love the energy of this place. There's all kinds of holistic, homeopathic, and ayurvedic materials in here including incense, tea, crystals, candles, sage bundles, palo santo, and all sorts of sprays and tonics to help purify your home or your environment. There are even gift sets for all the holistic homegirls in your life. They also sell accessories including ankle bracelets and custom waist beads imported from Ghana. Every single one of the staff members I've met has been absolutely wonderful. Warm, and friendly, and welcoming. I can't wait to come back and try some of the other services offered by this wellness spa-- I've especially got my eye on a good, long massage and guided stretch session.

Purchase, delivery, and installation all went smoothly. Anytime we have needed assistance, they are quick to respond whether it is a question about a replacement part or water quality or even when an exterior panel needed to be repaired, the staff go above and beyond. The purchase costed more than Costco or an online retailer, but It's well worth it. There are a lot of logistics when purchasing a hot tub such as delivery, installation, electrical, setup and so many other factors. And also warranty. These folks did an amazing job from electrical to set up and so many other items that's needed when setting up a hot tub. The best part is they provide amazing service afterwards. I've had to call for maintenance a few times and capital hot tubs takes care of it. Recently my control display died and Jay came over and took care of everything and was courteous, professional, and he knew his stuff. On top of that Jay also fixed another item under warranty that I wasn't even aware of. If you're looking for a real hot tub please don't buy online. Instead go to these folks and they will make it great and also after.

Always a greeting by an employee when I enter; which is definitely noticed and appreciated! The gym, locker rooms and restrooms are kept clean and there's an abundance of equipment to choose from.
