Hi I've been going to both facilities,the one on East valley and the one on auto parkway and all the times I've been their the girls have been amazing ,except today ,I was at the East valley store and the girl was complaining about her headache,never have I seen this girl before ,first time but she was rude ,I told her I didn't want her to put nothing on my eyebrows or upper lip as my skin is very sensitive and she still proceeded to wipe my brows in the most aggressive way .i brushed it off and continued to pay for my services ,which at first she said total was $22 and in the end I paid $24 ,like I said I don't mind paying the money but when service is not the best ,that's when you start looking for a new place . read more

I have been sitting here for about 15 minutes, and the workers and client are chatting it up about who knows what in their language. It's been about three years since I've gotten My eyebrows threaded so I was nervous however Elham made me feel super comfortable and was so reassuring and had the lightest touch which made the pain almost non existent. My daughters always come here to get their eyebrows done by Ehon, and they always end up fantastic. Ehon really takes care of her customers and truly perfects the eyebrows through EVERY visit. However, my daughter came today, and there was a different lady. She wasn't able to catch her name, but she threaded my daughter's eyebrows super thin and uneven, almost squiggly when my daughter specifically asked to keep them as thick as possible and to just clean them up/keep their shape. Not only that but she also took at LEAST 10 minutes to thread. I'm very disappointed from this experience, and we might have to find another place to go to, especially if both the service and attitude are horrible. read more

It has been My go to place as it is so conveniently close to where I live. I went in today 10/21 to get my eyebrows done. Let me just say Karina is amazing. Brand new threading place in Esco as of April. My friend went for the grand opening and I liked how they did her brows. As you all know, it's a trust exercise going to a new place and finding someone who you trust with your brows. Went in today, no wait, super friendly and didn't even hurt. I love coming to this place. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience when it came to payment. I gave the lady my card and she said it was declined. I wasn't sure why if I used the same card at a different store before coming to glamour brows. My card worked fine. I asked her to try it again and it was "declined". She then said she accepted cash. Lucky for her I had cash on me. Since I usually don't carry cash. If this business doesn't want to accept cards, they should say so. Put a sign at the front door "cash only". I came to this Salon for the first time maybe a month ago and Yelped the salon to look at the ratings and reviews. It had great reviews! It was closer to home too. I used to go to the salon over by Target and it was a hit or miss some times I would love how they did my eye brows and sometimes I wish I didn't go in. It depended on who was working and what not. Anyway at this Salon I was immediately greeted by a sweet woman, I sat down and there was only one girl there who did eyebrows, so there was a wait. I didn't catch the girls name who did my eyebrows but she did great took her time and fixed my eye brows the best she could since they were pretty much ruined. The girls before me got free powder fill in that you could also buy if you liked the way it looked. I really needed help growing my eyebrows since they were chopped. The girls recommended a oil they sold in the salon I belive it was $17 no more than $25 I belive. At first I was hesitant. The lady at the counter said her daughter was using it and her daughter was seeing results. At this point I was desperate to grow them out. So I bought the oil. And use it every night since I bought it its been a month exactly and I can see a difference in my eye lashes even was told my friends my eye lashes look longer I used them on my eye lashes too. My eye brow hair started growing its been a month and will be going in on Friday to get them done again. I didn't want to give a review until I tested the oil since it's there product I wanted to give a review of the whole experience I had and use the oil for a month and than check in. Overall I'm very happy with my eyebrow hair growth and even my eye lashes look amazing. I definitely recommend coming in and checking out this Salon! read more

Really dissatisfied. Never had any problems with any other brow places. The day after getting my brows done, I was completely broken out in a clear pattern of where the threading took place. I don't know what went wrong. Still trying to clear up my skin but there is a clear infection, broken out skin, and excess oil. read more

Nili hooked me up! My eyebrows were freakin wild and uneven when I arrived, I had been letting them grow for some time. My favorite thing is she didn't over thread them, cleaned them up and shaped them very nice. I have to let my right side grow a little more so then they can be perfect :) She put powder on for free just to show me how they looked when I fix them up and they look so good :,) I would definitely recommend. I don't understand how hard it is to treat customers with respect. Worst encounter at a salon that I've ever had. I've never been here before and wanted to try this place out due to the good reviews. Don't know what the associates name was but she treated me so rudely. Obviously she was in a bad mood. She kept asking me what I was there for in such a mean tone, when I wasn't even given the chance to reply. All this happened when she stood outside the salon while on the phone talking to someone else.
