This was my regular threading place when I used to live in San Marcos. I always loved it and they always did a good job. I didn't realize HOW good I had it until I moved to PQ and couldn't find any good spots! Now while my toddler is in daycare I make the 30 minute drive to San Marcos just for beautiful brows. They always know how to do the arch for me. Sometimes the line can be long but I promise it's worth it. I have been to a few threading places in the area and this is the most consistent. Karina is usually here on Sundays and she is a pro. The best part is that she doesn't make your eyebrows too thin and she follows your natural shape. It gets busy in the afternoons, but Karina is always friendly and makes everyone feel welcome. Good prices for North County (this isn't Cerritos). If you put your phone # into their system you get rewards (free eyebrow threading after an amount). Great spot for quick threading. There isn't much else to do in this plaza, but make a stop if you're in the area! read more

Got my eyebrows thread at this place today. The person that helped me shaped my brows but she hasn't cleaned them well. She is not really welcoming and literally took a minute on me. When I asked her why the brows are not cleaned, she said that those tiny hairs can't be removed by thread. But I have been to other places where I hv got a very clean brows. DO NOT GO HERE! I had nice full THICK eyebrows that just needed trimming and cleaning. She literally ripped out my entire eyebrow. They are crooked! A freaking squiggle of hair! Literally it's a squiggle! WTF! She made her own arch instead of following my eyebrow shape, cut the eyebrow right in half! I do not understand how someone cannot make a straight line! I will post a photo for everyone to see what she did! This business has two facility in San Marcos, this and one at nordahl. I think this facility connected to an India market Bharat Bazaar is just a franchise not sure. Should probably have gone to the one in nordahl with the better reviews -_- read more

I used to go to Kaya Threading in Oceanside, but my favorite girl moved! I was very sad until I happened to try out Shape Threading Salon. Troupti (sp?) was amazing. She did exactly as I wanted, was very sweet, and patiently taught me how to say her name. :) She works at this location on Sundays, and the Nordahl Location 3-7 every other day. Destroyed. Cut. and Patchy. Even grew them out for about 3 weeks (LONG FOR ME). I was pretty swollen had about 5 scabs from being cut, honestly don't like leaving negative reviews unless I have to... My shape is all off. Moved from oside so tried this place out, a no go. I wish I saw a review like this before I went (understand experiences are different). Oh God, I've been looking to find this place to give the review of a traumatic customer! This is the worst threading place I've ever been to in my life. Let me just start off with I went there just for a cleanup and I got a whole new shape skinnier than what I walked into. I literally asked the girl to just clean it up and I told her that I didn't like how she was arching my eyebrows and that it looks a little skinny and then she told me that it was just me and that she was trying to make my eyebrows look in some different way I don't know she wasn't really articulating what she was trying to say but honestly I want to say this is the worst place to go for eyebrow threading. I only went to this place because my normal place was booked. I am writing this review a little bit late but I was just finding the address to my old eyebrow place and thank god I am able to write this review of these people. Do not come here. read more

First impression is inviting and serenity. I came in to get my eyebrows reshaped. I have sparse hair and a small bald spot on my eyebrow due to a scar; however, the woman was able to shape my eyebrow where it wasn't noticeable while maintaining what little eyebrows I have. Love love this salon!!! All of the employees are extremely nice and always strike up a nice conversation. I've been coming here since I was younger and I've always had nothing but positive things to say. They shape your eyebrows so well and really listen to what it is that you want your eyebrows to look like. A lot of the employees have a light hand, which means that they make the threading process as painless as possible. Today Karina did my eyebrows and they came out great and I could hardly feel the thread against my skin.
