The roses were old and already withering and falling off the stem, there were no blossoming baby's breath and the order was short by 12 roses. Completely ruined the excitement and waste of $200. I live in Louisiana but someone very special to us who happens to my stepdaughter's grandmother passed away in West Palm Beach, I had made plans to send flowers to her services from my husband a couple of days before unfortunately the day of her services I found out that there was a problem so I started to call every flower shop that came up on the map, I knew it was unlikely for them to deliver it but I was willing to Uber it to the place if I had to but no one was willing to make an arrangement on the spot except for Anna at Glamour Flowers Corp, she did absolutely everything she could to help us out. She was compassionate and totally unbothered by the fact that I had to keep calling her back, since I was also trying to find someone to either pick them up for me or find a way to have them delivered. I finally found someone but to make matters worse it was already 1:00pm, she closes at 3:00pm but the only person who could pick them up had to be there no later than 2:00pm and guess what??? Anna did it and they were beautiful!!!! You could tell they were arranged by someone who cares about the quality of work they offer. So to say that I highly recommend this flower shop is an understatement!!! read more

Zero stars. They are rude when they called (after 5pm) to blame ME that I was not home when they attempted to deliver without any notice (gated community so they could not get in gate)! A week later I received the same week old flowers that did not last. They were browning and withed upon delivery (even though I was home) the flowers were dumped om the porch and the driver left, without ringing the bell/knocking! The flowers were dead within 2 days. Glamour Flowers came though huge for me! I live in San Diego and my sister in West Palm Beach. She was celebrating her birthday and I couldn't be there with her for dinner. So, I had the idea of sending flowers to the restaurant where she was celebrating. I called a few florists and NONE were willing/able to make delivery to a restaurant and commit to a one hour delivery window. Glamour could. And not only that, Karina (sp?) was so diligent she even proactively called the restaurant to confirm the dinner reservation and let them know a flower delivery was schedule. Not to mention that the bouquet was beautiful and the arrangement perfect. My sister said it was the most wonderful bouquet she'd ever seen and was so large it looked like a wedding table centerpiece! All the folks in the restaurant saw the flowers delivered, sang her happy birthday, and brought tears of joy to my sister's face. Exactly the effect I had planned for. SO disappointed with this flower shop's product as well as their customer service. I ordered a beautiful Mother's Day Bouquet through ftd.com. This was the shop that the flowers were prepared and delivered from. The flowers that I ordered online were simple and lovely but the ones that arrived looked nothing like what I ordered. They looked like something you would grab at your local Walgreens check out line. I ordered weeks in advance, chose my bouquet carefully, and paid over $60 so I was very irritated (and embarrassed) when my mom sent me the photo after they arrived. I tried to give the company a chance, seeing as it was Mother's Day and they had to have been pretty busy. I spent an hour and a half on the phone on two different occasions trying to rectify the situation. The company I ordered them through was no help at all and this store won't answer their phone to make a paying customer happy. Received flowers left at front door with no business card attached because they knew what they just delivered wasn't worthy of their business's recognition. 2 different arrangements arrived with DEAD flowers in the arrangements and very old flowers too. Glamour delivered flowers sent by an out of state friend on FRIDAY. The flowers were artistically arranged and quite beautiful. Unfortunately, they were short on longevity. On SUNDAY, they were looking less than fresh. I changed the water and clipped the stems as instructed in the note attached. The arrangement was on a table away from windows, a/c and the tv. By MONDAY they were history. I phoned Glamour on Monday. My call was not returned. I reached them on TUESDAY and was told that the order came through FTD and although Glamour arranged and delivered it, I would have to deal with FTD or the sender. I had called to thank my friend when the flowers arrived and was not about to distress her. Requiring me to contact FTD for resolution is outrageous. Customer service - ZERO!!! I have since phoned FTD and was told that this is the correct procdure and the florist cannot handle it themselves. FTD resolved the problem. Nonetheless, my communication with the florist, who did not return my phone call and included a man yelling so loudly in the background that I could not be heard, was terrible. read more

After placing an order online before 9:30am for same day delivery I did not receive any notice that they do not deliver to Jensen until after 7:30pm that night. My wife passed recently and my sister in-law from Arizona ordered a seemingly very nice spray from this store, Glamour Flowers in West Palm Beach, Fl. The arrangement arrived so late that the service was already underway. The Funeral director finally had to call and track down the driver. Once the arrangement arrived, she was appalled at what they delivered. The flowers in the arrangement were broken, wilted, dead and/ or dying. Terrible. When she called the next day, the "manager" of the store tried to blame the funeral home, saying they kept it too long after delivery. THEY were the people who tracked down glamour flowers driver! On top of that, this supposed "Manager" was extremely rude, unapologetic, and entirely unprofessional. He even threatened to sue my sister in-law if she posted any negative reviews! Well, I'm local and posting a VERY negative review. Try and sue ME for giving an honest review of a terrible experience from Glamour Flowers! I've tried contacting the owner, but so far have gotten no response. If you have a choice, my honest opinion is to choose ANYONE other than Glamour Flowers of West Palm Beach to fulfill your flower needs. Really awful during our time of grief. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. ...I've been receiving flowers for different occasions for over 50 years. Glamour Flowers Corp tops the list for unacceptable flowers and rude customer service. On my birthday 3 days ago, I received several bouquets of flower via 1 880 flowers. The last to arrive was 2 days ago from Glamour Flowers in West Palm Beach. Several of the flowers and some of the greenery was drooping losing color, turning brown, and the leaves had holes in them. When I called Glamour Flowers Corp, I told the gentleman who answered the phone in great detail , my concerns about the unacceptable flowers that were delivered. He asked my name and what day the flowers were delivered and put me on hold for about 5 minutes. A woman with an attitude came to the phone saying "How can I Help you." When I repeated, for the second time, the condition of the delivered flowers her response was Well, we got those flowers in on...." To which I interrupted her, telling her very patiently that when SHE had received them, was not my concern nor problem. To which she again started to tell me when she had gotten them in. I again said that's not my concern, I really don't care when she got them in. She went bonkers and said that she wasn't going to do anything about the flowers because I was rude and that she was going to report me to 1 800 flowers. Awful!!! Do not use. I am finding out whom was sending me flowers and having them complain, and demand a refund. They called me to deliver, yet in same breath said it's raining and they can't deliver. It's raining?! I called glamour flowers and they were rude and would not help,us find out who the sender was. They told me I was not their client and I was wasting their time. This is my first Yelp review but I felt so compelled to write one so that I can praise the service I received from Glamour Flowers. I live in Brooklyn, NY and ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mother in Wellington, FL using BloomNation. On the day before delivery, I received a call from someone at Glamour Flowers to apologize for not having the exact flower type that I had ordered and to discuss alternatives. Now I know very little about flowers so this was not a major concern for me but the person from Glamour treated this as a very serious issue that deserved significant attention. She explained that they would create an arrangement with other flower types and make it significantly more robust than the one that I had originally ordered and of course guaranteed on time delivery for my "lovely mother" (I loved that she kept referring to her that way because my mother truly is lovely but the representative had no idea of that fact). Later that evening I received an unsolicited text message from the florist that included a photo of my exact arrangement. The arrangement was far prettier than the one I ordered! On Mother's Day I received a delivery confirmation text message from the florist not a minute before my mother called me to thank me for the flowers! I would not recommend this flower service. This week I received a delivery from them and at first I thought the Roses looked lovely from far away in the vase and as I approached the vase of Roses sent to me I realized the Roses were definitely not fresh and that two of them were broken from the stems and the flowers were hanging over. My boyfriend spent a lot of money to surprise me for our Anniversary at my office with a dozen long stem red Roses and I was very disappointed to have to share with him the way they were sent and looked. I called the company to explain what happened and the gentleman who answered the phone was very unapologetic and could care less with my disappointment/concern. He made me feel like it was my problem, not his. He told me his delivery person had left the area and that he could not come back that day and that he would send me a few extra roses the next day. Well...the next few days have come and gone and no extra roses were sent to my office to apologize for the inconvenience and/ or to try to keep our business. I placed an order for Sympathy Flowers to be sent to my mother so I went through FTD who used this flower shop. First, the flowers were not what I ordered, it was not a full bouquet of flowers and there were different flowers and the bouquet was a totally different shape. I asked my mom to send a picture of her flowers so i would know i was not ripped off and good thing i did because I was! I was told by FTD that the flowers would be picked up and replaced with what I was expecting. They never delivered the correct flowers. My grieving mom then called to see if they were on their way because she had somewhere to go and the person (owner?) who answered the call starting yelling at my mom. Are you kidding me, how dare they! I will make sure I spread this to as many people as possible and FTD has lost a customer for working with an unprofessional shop like this who is looking to rip people off.
