Went here to try this place, appeared clean and pedicure was sort of ok. My issue was the following I never saw the tools used come out of a clean package, additional I have red areas on both my big toes. My first visit to Glamour Nails was a disaster. The nail tech I was given was obviously not trained. He ruined the shape of my nails, then did not even use a base coat when trying to apply polish. The acrylic is uneven and globby, they didn't have the colors I picked out, not even close to a coffin shape which they charged extra for. First time here, will not be back. Basic looking shop, floor needs swept but otherwise ok-looking, short wait, decent selection of dip colors, bit overpriced for the area, not offered a drink- eventually had to ask for water, nail tech never introduced herself, buzzed my cuticle area with tool 3x in her rush, I showed her pic of the shape I wanted (squoval) and she did one perfect an said 'like that?' but after I said yes she went rogue on the rest, I had to ask even out the lengths, asked for a chevron design on highlight nail (with picture example) she did a squiggly easter-egg looking design, I said umm let me find a better example picture for you but she couldn't do it, I asked if anyone else could do a pretty design, she said 'only simple designs', I just said nevermind on the design, she put the top coat on but didn't wipe it off the skin so under the UV light it started to burn, I pulled my hand out and she said 'the light can get hot'. I just moved out here from The Woodlands so I'm use to paying a bit higher prices but geez this place was ridiculous!!! Oh and don't bother looking at the price sheet because it has not been updated in 10 years. Plus you will pay an extra $17 for getting gel and $10 to take off a previous color!! What the heck, how else would you get your nails repainted, unless we want to paint over our old color. Between 4 of us we paid $305. Oh and my nail tech didn't do a great job, my polish was bubbling up and she said it was my fault for not putting my hand all the way in the light. They did decent on my toes I guess, but the whole experience is less then one star. Hoping I can find a place out here or I'll be driving all the way to The Woodlands. read more

My how time flies...another two years have passed and I'm still having my nails done at Glamour Nails - every other Friday. I have a standing appointment and I highly recommend you do that rather than take a chance as a walk in. I rarely wait more than 5 or 10 minutes. I've been late a time or two myself due to work and they don't complain. I do hear them tell people to come back in an hour if they have no appointment. I still have Tami as my nail tech and Helen for pedicures...It would take a lot for me to even consider going any place else. I've tried other places before this one and the stories I could tell. Extremely rude. The lady rolled her eyes at a baby who walked up to her and pushed him away. She was rude to me the second i walked in. Don't go here. I don't understand how someone can be so rude to paying customers. Everything people do the main lady rolls her eyes at. Terrible experience. When I sat down to get my nails done she just kept rolling her eyes and sighing. Just ridiculous. Not sure how they're still open since I've talked to co-workers with similar experiences that were terrible. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere. read more

I went to go get a SIMPLE black French nail set and the lady literally did half of my nail black. Not the tip, but half of my nail was black. Beyond pissed to have to pay $50 for her to fuck my nails up. I only let her finish because I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt but nope just plain shitty nails. I've never had a worst manicure/shellac experience in my life (picture posted). When I walked out the salon the first time (in a rush because they took over an hour), I realized how bad of a job was done by the manicurist. I returned that afternoon and requested that I get my money back but I was told that the owner has a no money back policy. I was told that I could stay and get them redone or come back the next day after 2 pm. I commute to Huntsville and I decided to get my nails done during my lunch break. Little did I know, I would have to spend even more time at a salon that I didn't care for. I uploaded pictures of the original nails to show that they were terrible. Great service! Over 45 minutes of care for their deluxe pedicure $40. The massage chairs even massages your head and neck area. Perfume scrub, lotions, hot towels, paraffin wax, leg and feet massaged and attention to detail to your toes with polish. (Wearing a mask while you are there is required but well worth it). read more

The lady who did my nails at the first table was awful. I wanted a coffin shape and some where some just square. She left some so thick and didn't buff them before adding the gel. Walked in and was told there was only a 15 minute wait to get a pedicure and full set. I waited 30 minutes for them to start my pedicure. They rushed through my pedicure and then told me I would have to wait another hour for them to start my nails because of "appointments" that walked in after me. When I pointed out that I asked for both the pedicure and full set when I walked in, I was rudely told that I would still have to wait for them to do my nails. I use Helen she always does great. She does both pedicure and gel nails. I also use her for a reflexology massage. The hours are great, the other techs are great also. I have a service dog and they have always made me feel welcome. I went to the one by ATT and Pizza Hut and they treated my dog and I as trash. They kept taking new people walking in before us. Pretty dirty place overall... the nail file and buffer were not new/opened from a fresh pack and had clearly been used before. The woman didn't put a towel down and there was nail dust everywhere and most of it was not mine. The woman doing my nails was talking while filing my nails and kept looking up at her friends and would file the skin around my nail. She then proceeded to answer her phone and got up and went to the back and just left me there. She did a pretty bad job on my nails as well, little bits of fuzz stuck to the shellac and they're real jagged and need more filing. Will not be coming back. read more

After reading Yelp reviews I tried this salon. I was quickly reminded NOT to believe what you read on the Internet. Other than 2 nail tools in the plastic EVERYTHING else was extremely dirty.
