This is expected after a good wear, but I have never had a Sub acrylic last less than a week. If they had lasted, I would maybe go back since they were expensive. Compared to other salons, but this has really solidified my opinion of the salon.*** Here the thing, I know not all salons are going to follow every little legal stipulation just like any other establishment BUT when a service is being done right in front of your face and on your body (with pretty high risks for skin contamination/disease) I think it's important that certain things are followed. For instance, it is a LEGAL REQUIREMENT for nail techs to pour things like acrylic powder or polish into single use containers and should never "double dip" into the main product container. When I went into this salon they were pretty busy, especially for a Friday around 12, but they got me sat really fast and got to work. Overall I don't hate or love the end product. They aren't super consistent with length and shape but I've definitely had worse manicures and it wasn't expensive. The nail tech I had did not seem to care about my opinion on the nails and was very very rushed through the process. He double dipped into every single product he used in me and the bit, file, and scissors were picked up off a dirty work bench then used directly on my own nails...disgusting. My nails also hurt a lot when I left from VERY aggressive filing that left my fingers aching for multiple days. Then when I got chrome on top the tech used his bare, unwashed, finger to dip and rub the chrome on. Overall the service was pretty crappy...but the end product wasn't the worst and they were pretty cheap. So I'm calling this salon a hit or miss for now.
