i got these done by a new girl and my mom got hers with a new guy the guy was amazing he spoke spanish and was a great conversationalist and the girl was great too but i do feel she kind of half did my nails it was the end of the day but that shouldn't have affected my service but she did have an amazing personality. but i will continue to give this place a shot i've gotten my nails done 3 times here and i rate it a 7.5 :) read more

Seriously if I could give zero star rating I would. Yesterday I went to Elegant Nails for a full set and a pedicure. My pedicure was amazing, but my full set was the worst. First they had me switch spots 3 times, it took three hours in total because they do pedicure and manicure separate which I have never had done. The nails were put on with an excessive amount of glue, the dip was not even on the nail, when it came to filing the beds were still lumpy, the tips were not straight, and none of them were the same length, and product was on my skin not just my nail. Even when I asked to have the underneath cleaned because i could feel the product built up, Pam and he coworker were, what seemed to be arguing, the whole time and she had to ask me what I was trying to say as they were both yelling over one another and couldn't hear me. Last night I applied not a lot of pressure to the tips and they completely snapped. I had taken the rest of them off because of how ugly they looked. Anywhere I have ever been such as Nails of America, I have never had such a terrible product or customer service. As I came in this morning asking for a reimbursement or a new full set, Pam began to tell me how long she been in the business and even brought GOD!!! into the conversation saying I am a liar and she knows what's best. She even began to raise her voice which I reciprocated with a client in the salon. Yesterday was the worst customer service and that fact that I didn't even receive a reimbursement for the manicure speaking loudly of how unprofessional this business is. I am truly sorry for her coworkers to have to deal with a lady like her. I 100% do not recommend for at least Manicure, even another girl I saw didn't look happy with the full set she received and that there should have been another red flag to leave. As I took the picture of her and the salon, a customer was walking up and I said "I wouldn't waste my money" to get, then Pam came out the door and started yelling nonsense as I was walking away. Picture this... you're 4 hours late leaving Dallas on your way to Galveston to spend a week being the laziest human being, all while cruising the Caribbean. However, because you are a horrible procrastinator and now will not make it into Galveston because every single nail salon closes. Enter stage right "google" & "yelp." Thanks to their review systems I was able to find a 4.9 star salon, who amazingly was able to work me in for a pedicure & manicure. I was frantic and apologetic, but the owner Pam immediately showed me to a massage chair to begin my pedicure. I don't know his name, but the young gentleman that works there was amazing. Nothing hurt, he was gentle & thorough. Now, because I was a walk in, I had to wait my turn to get my full set acrylic bails done. Pam checked on me often and I noticed she was amazingly fast when completing the clients before me. And their nails looked phenomenal! Once it was my turn, Pam went to work. She is a TRUE artist. She is confident in what she does, and she is darn good at it. I think my manicure was less than 30 minutes. This is the best full set I've ever had! I'm actually considering driving 2 hours just to come back and see Pam. Tl;dr Pam & Elegant nails are amazing! Professional, clean, and understand customer service. Being New to the area we were scared to come in. We made the 30 minute drive and as soon as we arrived we felt very comfortable. We first had our pedicures done and they turned out amazing. There was a little bit of a wait to get our nails done but if you look at the pictures they turned out amazing Pam did such a wonderful job we will be coming back. read more

This nail salon focuses on quantity over quality. They keep taking clients and sit them in chairs or pedicure soaks until a technician can get to them. My feet soaked for 30 minutes before anyone got to me. An hour and a half later and I left without getting my nails done. Bad experience and I will not be going back. read more

Brand new location in the Huntsville mall with the best and most comfortable massage chairs! They don't grind you to death and are easy to get in and out of. Their new tables have built in air filters! No more chemical smells or powders everywhere . The new nail powders are super amazing with wonderful colors and exact matching nail polishes for each powder. Prices are great too. read more

I just recently moved to Huntsville and have been looking for a nail salon to go to. The lady who works here is so nice and caring. She took my friend and I before closing,stayed an hour after closing to do our nails, and made sure we were satisfied with them. The nail salon is nice, clean, and organized. It was my first time coming here and it is such a good place! I totally recommend, they are very sanitary with their stuff which sadly is something not very common in every nail salon nowadays . They have single used packs that come with a buffer, sponge, and everything else needed and is disposed after they are done with you. The lady that did my pedicure was so patient when it came to me deciding my color( i changed my mind a couple times) . You can tell right away they keep the place very clean. I have been in Huntsville 11 years and tried multiple salons but this place is my absolute go-to!! They listen to the customer and always do my nails exactly how I want!! I have been to many places that won't make my nails as short as I want or can't figure out the coffin shape, but this place will work to make them how you want them and fix anything you're unhappy with!! Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait but that is only because they are so good! I recommend making an appointment if you are on a time crunch!! Also they have the most fair pricing in town!! I've been getting pedicures there for a couple of years. I've always been pleased with the results. The ladies that give the pedicures are thorough, professional, and methodical. The owner or manager (the lady in charge) is condescending to the workers, has a fake politeness to customer, and is too often just rude. I've had enough and will not go back. I do not recommend the salon because of the one very rude lady. I gave her ample opportunity to change because it is sad that her very bad behavior affects her employees negatively. read more

This place was horrible! We waited for entirely 2 hours and we arrived right when they opened . They allow everyone to sit down while we sat patiently. My aunt is disabled and they did not acknowledge her presence and allow her to sit while waiting to get anything done. I thought they would have been more generous but they wasn't. They were uneven, crooked and all had different shapes. They were too short as well. While she was doing my nails I told her I did not like it and she said not to worry and that she'll fix it. They just got even worse. I told her I did not like the nails, she refused to fix it.
