Awful experience. The doors to the store were still locked when we arrived for our morning appointment. My husband, toddler, and I waited outside until a staff member casually strolled up smoking a cigarette and drinking Starbucks. She told us that we'd have to continue to wait until she "tried to contact the photographer" who was also late. When he did finally arrive he was aloof and at times unresponsive when we asked questions. He made himself busy with "taking care of paperwork" and organizing the coat closet while we waited in a tiny, dank closet area that was overflowing with trash. At this point our daughter was growing very impatient. That was when we demanded that the photo shoot begin immediately or we would just have to leave. The photo session itself was very mediocre. The photographer clearly didn't know how to work with children. We were offered several hideous backdrops, artificial poses, and a dirty old chair as a prop. When he was done, he told me "wait 20 minutes" and the pictures would be ready for viewing. 15 minutes later I asked the other staff member if we were close to being ready. She literally rolled her eyes at me and said "didn't we say 20 minutes?" To that I say, "Oh, so you mean an additional 20 minutes on top of the 15 I've already waited." When we finally saw the photos, they were amateur at best. And incredibly overpriced. Awful. Awful. Awful experience. I did call customer service to file a formal complaint. Will you believe that even the customer service rep on the phone was unresponsive? Ha! Take your money elsewhere. Or better yet - take a selfie. You're better off. read more

Do Not, I repeat "Do Not go to this place"!! The services is terrible & the manager is very racial. I went there for an 11am appointment & I wasn't seen until like 1245pm. They were supposed to do my hair but only did my makeup which wasn't done well. When was time for the shots I still had to wait for the photographer. They intentionally made some of my pics come out bad so that I'd pay extra for the touch up & worse of all their prices are Ridiculously High! At the end of the session the manager hurried me up to choose the pics I want. After that uncomfortable treatment I left & then thought of it & called an told them that I don't want the package! This racist guy wouldn't give me back my money although the pics wasn't processed yet. So evil an unprofessional, that business can Never be successful because God don't like ugliness!! Our circumstances leaned toward a digital package we were told would provide email access to edited photos via Dropbox. This was verbally estimated to be delivered on by 5/13/16. A follow-up email to unedited photos (artificial lighting and background theme mounting left in) was provided 5/12/16. However, no follow-up with edited photos was provided even as of 5/29/16. We were told that their verbal commitment required a reminder call for the owner to send on 5/27/16. Yet, after 3 email correspondences, this commitment now seems to have never happened and not fulfilled; thus, implying we, as customers, are liars. Dignity: This owner, his staff and his marketing materials prey on customers hoping to capture a historic moment in time. However, when it comes to displaying empathy for customers, you will get dismissive, defensive responses and follow-up that actually questions your character as a customer and does not match any customer long-term relationship building commensurate with the pricing. You may presume that photography that averages $57-77 per image or about $200/hr would proffer compassion, but that could not be further from truth. Customer Service: Because the photography and owner made a verbal commitment to email a Dropbox link to access edited shots from our photo shoot within 12 days to display for our baby shower, we coughed up $595 for this package. The edited photos were never shared via Dropbox. This verbal agreement was not honored and a refund request was not honored. Affordability: The promo materials will be provided via email for your review when your appointment is booked with the disclosure that special arrangements and/or packages will be provided during your appointment. If you're comfortable paying someone at least $60 per pose (one shot) at a rate of at least $200/hr, by all means, this is the place for you. Just prepare your wallets, expect a wait, expect zero verbal integrity and expect to be treated with zero dignity. Transparency/clarity: The promo materials (one-page flier, front-and-back) are laced with photography jargon. I sat and discussed the price-points of each section with the make up artist (absolutely unable to explain anything price-wise) and the owner for 20 minutes. I broke down the cost per pose for e-photos versus high-def to learn that the lower quality (e-photos) which top out at 5x7 or 8x10 printing (depending on if you ask the make up artist or photographer) are nearly $20 more money per pose. I immediately pointed this out and was told by the owner, "well, we don't want people to buy the e-photos because they're lower in quality." This anecdote is parallels the clarity of their pricing and foretells the true vision to take as much money from their clients as possible. In summary, we are expecting our first child and were provided a groupon for the photo-shoot, make up for mommy, and one 10x13 touched-up pose. This took nearly 3 hours on 5/15/16 and nothing that was promised verbally has been delivered by the owner, despite full payment. When disclosing our dissatisfaction and inquiry for a refund of $716.46, we were disrespectfully declined and even informed that the owner's side of the street was clean and that each broken promise was actually our problem as the customer. This type of interaction is disgusting and despicable. I deeply pray that any friend or family member you refer to this sorry excuse for professional, artistic photography is directed to other more economical and customer-centric professionals/outlets. read more

I wanted a professional headshot and while confirming my appointment with Fabiano (very ignorant and unprofessional) he wanted to know what business this was for. I explained that I wanted a headshot and was not able to give him a specific reason reason. He told me to call back when I could provide the info he needed. Needless to say, I am happy to have experienced poor customer service prior to coming in. Also, thank you Groupon for honoring my refund. I would not recommend this place. My girlfriend and I went yesterday with our groupon and the photographs and owner were terrible. The two young ladies that did our hair and makeup were great. The owner was not friendly, rude and only out for the money. Customer service was not his thing. Want to see your photos? Come back in 20 minutes. Want a touch up? Come back in 20 minutes. Everything was come back in 20 minutes!. The photographer took individual photos and photos of the two of us. When we tried to select a photo of the two of us together, he said if we did that we were only entitled to one photo, not two which we were paid for as we had 2 groupons. Really? the makeup artist was great and that's where the compliments stop. the owner who is also the photographer never smiled once. he was totally uninterested in my session. a personality is essential when taking intimate portraits of someone. I spent 3-4 hours taking all these pictures and not one has the glamour shot effect. it is all with a hefty up charge, even the one with your groupon is $50 to get the glamour shot effect . otherwise it is totally useless and a waste of 4 hours. read more

I took my 10 year old granddaughter to Glamour Shots. They took a plethora of pictures and did such a great job. My granddaughter said she had so much fun and felt like a real model! I was tickled just watching her do all of her poses for the camera. They have outfits and someone to do the hair and make-up, but we did our own beforehand. The pictures turned out so nice too. Very professional. I would highly recommend this for any age. read more

Was here on Sunday. Worst customer service in the world! Sabastian who you meet with to go over your pictures, has NO people skills, and truly interacts with you as someone who HATES his job! I felt like I was being held at gunpoint to make a purchase for picture packages that were being explained to me by someone who communicates like a robot. I purchased this deal on groupon which, was by far the worst deal I've ever purchased. The lady who did my hair and make up was really wonderful and the best part of my experience. I would otherwise not go back. Due to my experience, I refused to purchase additional pictures, and left with my groupon deal. My recommendation would be to save your time and money... go to JC Penney's or Picture People. They have groupon deals with much cheaper packages and better service! read more

This place is terrible! I'm not sure how they call themselves glamour shots and advertise on groupon. They wanted me to pay $40 extra for my little girls hair and make-up, but said they could not accommodate my girls on Saturday. (When we arrived hair and make-up was not being done at all) In the groupon photos they showed two little girls in beautiful fairy dresses, (which they don't have) Not only that, but they only have 3 or 4 dresses period....Where is the glamour? When I was picking out the pictures, after waiting 30 minutes for them to put them together, the pictures they put into the fairy background we chose were not good. I asked them if I could place one particular picture into that background and they said YES. Then I said, well....can I see it? They said, "No, it would take too much time." I clarified, "So, you want me to choose this picture, for this background, (it was two little girls sitting on a moon) but I can't actually see the picture, I just have to hope it looks ok. "They said yes, that's correct." CRAZY....and LAZY. I ended up picking one picture, with a plain white background that wouldn't fit any of the backgrounds I had wanted because it was the only good picture they took. (I've got two very photogenic little girls)... NEVER AGAIN...Don't waste your money!!!! read more
