I showed her the map and that we were directed to the place we were in. When she left I got a call from the girl who messed up and told me I was being difficult for not wanting to move. Refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher are all in the cabin as well (we stayed in cabin 3). Parking spaces are conveniently located next to the cabin for easy loading and unloading. The screened back porch features ample seating areas and a ceiling fan to keep things breezy. You will encounter mosquitoes, as you would expect staying in a forest, so bring mosquito spray and/or peppermint oils to deter. I made sure to rub peppermint on the kiddos when they were sleeping to keep them at bay. There are designated fishing areas and swimming areas. Also you can hike! There are camping spaces which we want to stay at next time, it looks clean and kempt! Amazing place to experience :)

There were so many things for our grandkids to do-pool, awesome water slides, bounce pad, pedal bikes along with Dailey activities-such as hayrides, crafts, and so much more But the best was the staff. Each employee went out of their way to assist us. Mr. Tom, Ryan, and Brayden, we're so nice to all the kids. The ladies and all office staff were super. They offer ear plugs at check in, but we just left our overhead fan running all night to drown out the sound. All the utilities worked fine, and since this is typically for short stays, the park fills up nightly. They have a little store in the office as well as they have a cafe for breakfast and then delivery service for dinner (to your site). We did breakfast sandwiches one morning while we were headed out to Graceland so that was convenient but did not do any of the dinner offerings. The staff keeps the place clean- they picked up our trash within minutes when we placed it at the end of our site each morning. They have tent areas as well as cabin rentals too- plus a 'camper kitchen' if you don't have a trailer or motor home. Laundry was $3 load for wash and $3 load for dry and everything worked fine. FYI: The highway exits are wonky here (very short and you cross the road (oncoming traffic yields) so that was a little stressful while driving with a tow car.

It's bad. Not long but pot holes big enough to swim in. The campground is old and it shows. They obviously just use their location as a way to get guests because as far as the grounds it's bad. I will say the bathhouse was clean though. Easily the worst campground we have stayed at in our 18 years of RVing and my first 1 star ever for a campground that I can think of. The staff were great but the manager is horrible. I mean just a jerk. He has a bad attitude and no customer service. Trust me I know it's close to Graceland but stay at a better park and drive to Graceland. You'll thank me later

There is someone there with a tarp over their rv, water dripping out the backside of it, and when you do see them they do not acknowledge you at all. Why are they even there? It was just a disappointment really. And you know it was if I didn't take pics of our stay. What a shame really to see it being let go. The rangers can only do so much and they were very friendly and helpful.

To address other reviews about how bad the area is: yes, it's industrial and yes you drive through an impoverished area, but if you're more upset about how that offends your sensibilities and not upset about the fact that industrial areas are polluting vulnerable neighborhoods and a park that has significant black history then I would sit with that for a while. We also had no issues with any waste water treatment or factory smells - I would imagine that all depends on weather and wind.
