All the electrics worked OK in the water was good. There is a beautiful view of the Mississippi and the river was not high so you could walk along the bank and watch the river flow. There's also a lot of grass and open areas where a dog can run. Ours is on a training collar so he could investigate all around and you didn't have to worry about him bothering anybody. There's lots of space available. It's a pretty large park. The people were friendly when we checked in and everything went well. They had one bad review which worried us But for us everything was OK and we would come back again.

It's bad. Not long but pot holes big enough to swim in. The campground is old and it shows. They obviously just use their location as a way to get guests because as far as the grounds it's bad. I will say the bathhouse was clean though. Easily the worst campground we have stayed at in our 18 years of RVing and my first 1 star ever for a campground that I can think of. The staff were great but the manager is horrible. I mean just a jerk. He has a bad attitude and no customer service. I stayed in number 17. 1) Empty the trashcans. It appears they removed the dumpsters that may have been near the bathrooms and now only have small trashcans lining the area. They fill up quickly and they don't appear to be emptied regularly. Also, there's a note saying they will pick up trash left at the end of your lot, but I saw one bag that was there two days. 2) Fix the air conditioning in the laundry/bathrooms. It's so crazy hot in this building. They also need to hook the dryers back up to the vents as they just put hot steamy air into the building. 3) The drink machine outside the laundry room isn't working. Why is it there? Fix this. 4) The wifi doesn't give out an IP address. I tried both my laptop and phone. As a person that's done computer work for 40 years, I think I know how this should work. Either reboot the routers or fix the units. 5) There is no shade. Your unit will sit in the baking sun all day. I left my shades drawn trying to keep the heat down. 6) You have to walk around the casino to get to the entrance. The door that should be accessible from the RV park is locked. I did find out that there's a button you can push to access this door. 7) There is cable, but the picture is extremely bad. 8) During any rain storm the water doesn't drain from this pad. It basically flooded up to my door making access very difficult. 9) There is a sheet in the laundry room with phone numbers for local ISPs. Listing, of all things, Netscape, NetZero, Juno and a few others that don't even exist anymore. Any computer person can tell you even AOL has almost done completely away with dialup.

The Blackjack minimum bet was $15 on the Monday early afternoon I spent there. The dealers are pretty friendly but the pit man boss was too observant and pitman bosses are always a bit distracting when they look at you suspiciously or stoically. Was a winning session and left winning $62.50 after a long long grind. Dealers hit a LOT of 21's here and had a lotta twenties counterfeited by dealer 21's. Drop two stars because of loud construction noise during the day. It gave me a headache. Had to leave the premises because the construction noise inside the casino was too loud.

There were so many things for our grandkids to do-pool, awesome water slides, bounce pad, pedal bikes along with Dailey activities-such as hayrides, crafts, and so much more But the best was the staff. Each employee went out of their way to assist us. Mr. Tom, Ryan, and Brayden, we're so nice to all the kids. The ladies and all office staff were super. The park is small, a bit shabby, mostly permanent residents. The main complaint was the park is in the takeoff flight path of Memphis Intl and we were awoken several times by LOUD aircraft noise. Vending machine didn't work but they did have bags of ice. No table at our bare gravel site. Bathroom/showers (2 of them) were fairly clean but showing their age. Cable and WiFi adequate. I'd look elsewhere before staying here again. One night.
