After several weeks of prepping my skin with red light therapy and using Aestura to help strengthen my skin barrier, the pigment finally stayed. The color did heal a bit darker than I originally anticipated, but I was honestly just thrilled to see real retention this time and excited to see how everything would soften with a touch-up. Jewlz checked in with me during the healing process and really listened to my concerns about the color. For the touch-up, she used a brown pigment to soften and balance the brows and that made all the difference. It's now been a few weeks since healing from my third appointment, and I can confidently say I love my brows. Jewlz truly worked her magic. I'm so grateful for her patience, transparency, and commitment to getting the results right. She essentially gave me a second session at no extra cost since we had to start over, and she never once made me feel rushed or upsold. Something I deeply respect. This experience reminded me that nano brows aren't one-size-fits-all, but having an artist who genuinely stands behind their work makes all the difference. I had gotten some cheap ones at a nail salon that messed up my lashes. so I just got the regular ones that are faux. They're so pretty, weightless & perfect. Annie is very nice, talented & gives you all the info. I've been here four times and each time it's better everyone has different reactions to getting lashes. My eyes are sensitive either to light or glue so she rinses my lashes after she's done to help from any burning or redness. The whole process was easy to book with Anna. She's super friendly and talkative. Definitely will answer any questions for you. There is a deposit when booking with her that goes towards your appointment. Upon your appointment day, Anna starts off by mapping your eyebrows shape and color. Don't worry if it's been awhile since you've done your eyebrows because Anna will correct them for you. She then examines your eyebrow to make sure the mapping match. Anna provides numbing cream throughout the entire process. The whole process took about 1.5-2 hours with breaks in between if you needed it or discomfort. After your service, Anna proves you with after cafe instruction and cream. Thank you so much for the new brows, I am in love!

I have always hated my natural brows because they were missing the "tails" and overall just had a horrible shape. I told Nadia I wanted something natural, and to be as close as possible in color to my natural brows. I didn't have to say much, she already knew what would work for my face. I had debating on microblading for years and finally decided it was time, boy was this the best birthday gift to myself that I could ever have done. Worth every penny. *******beware*****…read more sandy does not belong in the nail and service industry!!!!!! greedy and inhumane!!!! do not i repeat do not waste your time here, do not give your money to these people!!!! be careful of surcharges ! there is no sign!!! i came in for a manicure and pedicure, they were soooo nice to me at first. i was super happy and i was already thinking to myself i found a place to get my nails done. to the sweet older lady that did my toes, thank you so much for making the experience relaxing and soothing. the tip was for you!!! sandy does not belong in the nail and service industry. she did my nails, gel x simple french tip. she was friendly at first until a lady asking for donations for a non profit organization came inside and she immediately asked kindly if she would like to donate, sandy couldnt hide her face of disgust under her face mask and immediately said "no" so the lady asked kindly again if she could ask the people inside the business for donations (mind you i was already going to give her some cash) sandy said no and started talking shit in her language, none which the lady could understand. she turned around and wished everyone a blessed day and a happy easter, it was silent. note this alll happened in front of me!!!! i was in disbelief. you do not treat people like that no matter where you stand in life. it cost nothing to be kind. ********beware******** i was ready to pay even after witnessing that. my total was 152.00 which seemed overpriced but i was ok paying, sandy immediately questions if i will be adding a tip, not with a nice attitude but questioning why im not doing it, fine i add a 8.00 tip for the lady that did my toes. my total ends up being 164 dollars. i ask why and she tells me this "gel x gets charged tax acrylic nails no charge tax " mind you there is no sign anywhere that says that. when i asked for the final price she says its one thing and when i paid it was something else! this thief should be ashamed of herself. i repeat beware of this place. dont be fooled by the nice complimentary drink and boujee ambience. they will steal from you!! ***if vs nail lounge is reading this review your footage of this incident so you can understand why your employee should treat people with kindness, language is not a barrier to be a kind decent human being!!! :)
