Freshly done brows and eyelashes had already been on 2 weeks.

Omg I LOVE Ani!! She is beyond amazing. Lashes last at least 3 weeks before needing a fill. Her work exceeds my expectations. She is super sweet and is always giving you a heads up if she gets an opening sooner than your next appointment. I just got my brows done and holy cow I'm in love! This photo is right after I had them done. Lashes in this photo had been on 2 weeks already and they still look amazing.

Annie is wonderful! The first time I just showed up & I didn't know what to get. She looked at my lashes & told me they were somewhat weak. I had gotten some cheap ones at a nail salon that messed up my lashes. so I just got the regular ones that are faux. They're so pretty, weightless & perfect. Annie is very nice, talented & gives you all the info. I've been here four times and each time it's better everyone has different reactions to getting lashes. My eyes are sensitive either to light or glue so she rinses my lashes after she's done to help from any burning or redness. This last time she applied a different glue & it helped & is so much better read more

Annie is the best! Would 100% recommend her to all friends and family considering microblading. I Got my mircoblading done about a month ago and I was pretty nervous because it's not cheap and semi permanent but she definitely took the time to figure out the shape I wanted and made a beautiful natural look which I love ! Ani is phenomenal! Today was my first time seeing her and I was looking for a new lash artist. She not only did a great job but she was very honest and informative about how my lashes looked and how my natural lashes were being pulled out due to the technique that my previous last artist was using. I made a future appointment with her and I was very happy with how genuine she was. She was not trying to make a sale and I felt that she genuinely cared about the health of my natural lashes. Hi. Microblading is a 2 steps process. Touch up must be done 6-8 weeks after the first procedure. In rare occasions, if you have a decent amount of brows hair and good skin, you might not need a retouch, but it is very rare.

I came in for a new 3D volume set and was very disappointed with the results. The lashes looked…read moreextremely uniform and flat, despite being told different lengths were used. They honestly resembled a drugstore strip lash rather than a customized volume set. I called the salon and was told they could fix them. Unfortunately, the same technician ( ivy) worked on me again. She appeared defensive and, at one point, spoke to a colleague in another language during the appointment. While I want to assume she was asking for help, the lack of transparency made me uncomfortable and unsure of what was being said. After the "fix," the lashes looked even worse -- very heavy and spiky, giving a tarantula-like appearance. When I expressed concern, I was told this was the "doll look," and that the reference photo I showed (from the company's own website) was different because it was a cat-eye shape and the model had different eyes. This was confusing, as I've had similar styles done successfully by other lash technicians in the past. Overall, it was disappointing to see lash styles advertised that the technician didn't seem comfortable or experienced executing, and even more disappointing that this wasn't acknowledged. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

My second experience here is where it all went downhill. I got a dermaplane facial and requested a…read moredermabrasion as well. The technician informed me that the dermabrasion would be too much exfoliation since the derma plane is exfoliating as well. However, she still recommended doing a chemical peel and because I'm not that educated in skin treatments I proceeded with her recommendation. About a week later after my facial, I I noticed 2 burn marks on my face, which I assumed were from the chemical peel. While one healed, one has still not gone away, and this is a facial I received late in December 2025. I went back a month later and asked the technician(different one) what the mark was. She said it was like acne post mark because of too much exfoliation with both the dermaplane and chemical peel . She said it should fade away and recommended me one of their expensive skin resurfacing products. I did not buy it and this was my last visit here. 3 months later, I still have this mark on my face so I have an appointment with the dermatologist soon. I would still recommend this place for maybe the basic $70 facial, it's pretty cheap and worth the money. I do not recommend any other special services because it seems some of the technicians may not be as educated and it's not worth messing up your skin.

They have five separate pedicure rooms, a huge selection of colors, and complimentary drinks while you enjoy your service. I always look forward to the mimosas and hot tea. What really stood out to me was how involved the management team is. I saw managers regularly walking around checking on guests and making sure everyone was happy with their service. I also noticed the staff thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the pedicure stations after every customer, which I really appreciated. It's clear they take both customer service and cleanliness seriously. While Milano is definitely on the pricier side, the quality, cleanliness, atmosphere, and customer service make it worth every penny. They even have a rewards program where you can earn points toward future visits. Their nail artists are incredibly skilled and can create everything from simple sets to the latest trendy nail art. The first time I came after getting my nails done the nail tech mentioned how I can come in 1-2 weeks to get a refill on my nails. When I came the second time for the refill the person stated that I could not do a refill and that instead I needed to do a completely new set. I am upset that the nail tech lied to me. Never coming to this place again I do not like when the nail tech told me one thing and then charged differently. It is a very predatory tactic. Highly disappointed with my experience. Also for me they put something on my feet and it burned. One of my toes was left with a burn mark. The nail tech also didn't really understand English so it took her awhile to take off the product so I had to dip my foot inside so I wouldn't burn the rest of my toes.
