I waited more than 4 hours because they did not have enough workers. In the end, I had to help myself. The seller was not respectful and did not have good customer service. When one carpet had a problem and I asked for an exchange, they asked me to pay an extra $200. This was not what they promised. I did not see honesty or respect in this store.
