IVs were the last thing on my mind and they were in no rush for me to use the credits as I did not receive any type of reminder call from them. I called a week and a half ago letting them know that I'll be in town and would like a refund for the credit that I have. A receptionist confirmed that I did, indeed, have a credit and that it was for an IV package. She talked to the manager and told me that, not only can they not provide me a refund, but I can come in to redeem the credit for only one IV session since their prices went up. I was upset by this because it's not like I was asking for a refund for a service I was unhappy with, but for a credit that I clearly cannot use since my move. I explained to her that I had paid cash for the promotion that didn't come with any stipulations. I didn't sign anything and the person who sold it to me didn't tell me about any rules that came along with the promotion. The receptionist danced around the best she could, explaining to me that "most people usually use the service within a year" and offered me a vitamin B shot instead, which is worth less than an IV session...I declined and asked to speak to the manager, but, of course, she told me that they were unavailable. I asked that the manager please call me back later that day to discuss this matter further and left my number. I still, to this day, have not heard back from anyone. To me, this is pretty piss poor service and unprofessional. They basically are ignoring me so that they don't have to pay me the $380 back. It's not like it's $20. This is a big chunk of money that they've held on to and collected interest on. Debating whether or not a small claims court is worth it, but definitely spreading the word so that customers don't get bamboozled like I did.

And I asked if I could pick up the shots the following day because their location is far from me but I was going to be in that vicinity on another matter because I really did not want to disrupt my continuous 3 year usage with them. When I argued with them they refused to accommodate three days delay and cancelled my membership. They said I had to have the blood work every 6 months and I was delinquent. Lots of clients don't even go in but have it mailed to their home. They just left me hanging high and dry for a ridiculous reason since I have done everything they asked of me for 3 years now. I was unaware they needed this test yesterday but offered to get it done in a few days when lab is open. I am shocked! What kind of management is running this operation? Is business so good that they want to exile a great client? Oh, and the reason that they need these tests is to see where our deficiencies are so they can sell you up on tons of supplements that they make loads of money off of and they come monthly, It's a real pain to get out of that. I was told that management would be contacting me but that has never happened. Not very professional! I used the skincare opportunities next door too!
