On the last attempt, they promised to arrive at my home by 8:00 AM--only for me to later find out that was never possible, as they're based in a completely different city. I rearranged my entire workday and personal schedule for nothing. To make matters worse, their customer service was completely unhelpful and only added to the frustration. But the worst part? During their visit, they damaged the heads up of my Land Rover, and now they're refusing to take any responsibility for the damage caused. I'm currently in the process of pursuing legal action. For the second claim, I had to go out of town and dropped my vehicle off to be worked on while I was gone. It wasn't ready when I got back because the shop was closed due to the weather - a cold front with snow came through. There were about 51 hrs left of work to be done. So, they needed a full week to finish the job. By the following Monday, my vehicle was ready by noon. It looked like a brand new car. Mike was easy to work with and delivered.

So we were overcharged. In less than 24 hours we wanted to take this 'new' car back. They absolutely refused to do it and would not return my car that we traded in. Now in the two months that we've had this "new" car we have had nothing but problems dealing with these people. Part of our deal was to repair the liftgate which wasn't working properly and was very noisy on this 'new' vehicle. After waiting 5 weeks, and having taken the car back twice for repairs, they finally got all the parts in and fixed the liftgate. But while the vehicle was there they cracked the windshield and then refused to repair it. These are your typical awful car salesmen/people that you hear about but hope to never encounter! Everything from the sales people to the managers to the service people are horrible. One service technician was so rude and disrespectful that I requested to speak with the service manager two different times to no avail! I finally had enough and told the salesman and service that I would not speak with anyone there any further. I stated to have a service manager call my husband. After several days a service advisor called my husband back. But first I had to deal with a rude service person over the phone, who also left me an incredibly bizarre voicemail prior. The service manager would not do anything to take care of this and just said it was unfortunate and we had to go to our insurance company about it! We are both livid and considering taking them to Small Claims Court. We'll see... I would just stay away from this business. They certainly don't cater to locals like us and definitely are in it only for the sales money coming in and don't care whether you come back for service with them. I would steer clear of these people and this dealership. It's not worth all the risks in dealing with them.

I cannot remember for the life of me the friendly gentleman manager (had an accent/experienced car guy) who took care of me but he and the secretary there were both very helpful and wonderful people. They got the job done on their promised timetable and helped me with the salvage title process and it was as painless as possible. Had the job done when they and van ready and done to satisfaction and the price was reasonable and they even saved me some money off the original estimate. They stated they were currently busy with a lot of orders but delivered for less than estimated and it was ready when they said it would be. The competing body shop place across the street never called back after saying they would do an estimate and was apparently were so busy they didn't bother to contact me or my dad back after we had them take a look.

No problems but the coolant put back in was green instead of the yellow. I also had them price changing the 4 spark plugs which their estimate was $504.51. I changed them myself for $70.00 and only took an hour. I have always been a customer for several years but now question the fair pricing. The work was done satisfactory but question pricing. I'm looking elsewhere now.
