Only wanted to repair glass through warranty after repair failed. Guaranteed them pay and no return call. Asked to text them warranty info and still left us in the cold. Went through dealer and this is who they used. Don't do repair then blow off customer after I've proved it didn't fix issue. Took money and ran.

I dropped off my vehicle along with my deductible payment to start the work and they finished in a few days because I was going out of town. Vehicle looked great! For the second claim, I had to go out of town and dropped my vehicle off to be worked on while I was gone. It wasn't ready when I got back because the shop was closed due to the weather - a cold front with snow came through. There were about 51 hrs left of work to be done. So, they needed a full week to finish the job. By the following Monday, my vehicle was ready by noon. It looked like a brand new car. Mike was easy to work with and delivered.

On the last attempt, they promised to arrive at my home by 8:00 AM--only for me to later find out that was never possible, as they're based in a completely different city. I rearranged my entire workday and personal schedule for nothing. To make matters worse, their customer service was completely unhelpful and only added to the frustration. But the worst part? During their visit, they damaged the heads up of my Land Rover, and now they're refusing to take any responsibility for the damage caused. I'm currently in the process of pursuing legal action. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I tried to inquire further, but the dude kept saying he would have to go get someone and never did (I asked him 3 times before I finally just said fuck it and left). We took the car to the dealership and they told us that nothing was wrong and that Safelite does this all of the time. Too bad their jingle's so catchy.
