But I have changed my mind upon something I didn't expect to find, on social media, of all places. A couple days into my correspondence I found the owner of this company, Phil Blankenship, commenting horrific things under Instagram videos of women. I do not understand why Phil is comfortable saying such graphic and inappropriate things, especially in such a random, unprompted way. The picture I included in this review is what he publicly commented on a video of an innocent young woman describing her hobbies and saying she loves skiing and scuba diving. What gives this man the right to regard women with such unfounded, nasty aggression? The tone and content of what he chooses to publicly comment on his Instagram page representing his business raises serious concerns about morals, professionalism, and respect. I hope the business owner takes this opportunity to learn from this rather than double down or deflect. What you say is a reflection of your character. Speech might be free, but actions have consequences, and if you're so comfortable talking about women like this, then your clientele should be aware of that. I know my family is certainly glad to be aware of it and steer clear of this business.

I offered to go pick up the windowpane at his shop, however he was kind enough instead to drop it off at my home. He was very helpful and professional. The kicker, I made a terrible mistake and provided him the wrong thickness for the glass pane. He, without hesitation, responded immediately and cut another window glass pane in the right size. I would not recommend them, they left nails on the roof, lots of them and never removed them. They installed the wrong window and have not been back to replace the window. The screens they repaired they did not put the tabs into the new screens, which makes it impossible to remove the screens as needed. They left one of the screens hanging out of the house because they could not reinstall it because it did not have the tabs They cracked some of the siding on the house. I have called several times, and it doesn't seem to be high on their priority list to get this even completed. I cannot warn anybody enough who reads this review. Do not use them, I do not know what happened to their company, but it seems to be in freefall. There is nothing that they can say as to why it has taken since June to come back and do the stuff that needs to be corrected. There was also a wasp nest, and they forgot their wasp spray and had to use my gasoline on the windows of the house to kill the wasps. They left nails and garbage and nails inside and outside of the house. I have really had it with them and I cannot emphasize enough go with somebody else other than them. The shutters that they installed on the sides of the windows, also seem to be not installed correctly and seem to be crooked.

I hired Pinnacle to oversee the full restoration, which included all new windows, new stucco around the windows, and a new roof. From start to finish, Kenny and his team managed the project flawlessly. Kenny personally took the lead in working with my insurance company- meeting with the adjuster, making multiple calls, and sending countless emails- to ensure the entire scope of damage was covered. He followed through on everything he promised, and thanks to his persistence, my claim was fully approved. He truly made the process easy and stress-free for me. I also want to recognize the outstanding Pinnacle team members and subcontractors. Chris oversaw the entire project, Tyler managed the window installation, and his crew--Victor, Dayvd, and their team--were hardworking, respectful, and courteous. I always felt comfortable leaving them in my home even when I was not present.
