We had some windows that had terrible mineral deposits from sprinklers hitting them. We corrected the sprinklers and did successfully clean one window well after 4+ hours, commercial cleaner and power tools. I have hired this small company twice now with good results. Both times involved more complex glass replacement for older wood windows, and having to dissemble and re-assemble in an older house. Very professional, clean, courteous, showed up, did what they said they would do and got it done with quality, not rushing things. These days, I recommend very few people, because overall the quality and reliability has plummeted in Denver and consumers seem OK with it. Not me. They were recommended by another company. I needed to repair some broken windows from lawn maintenance damaging the glass. They seemed a bit pricey but the work thus far is holding up (2nd week in). The rep I worked with was very friendly and professional, as I said they are a bit pricey. Not sure if it's because of inflation, supply chains, or just project. Great work, great price. These guys replaced several windows with broken seals and fixed/repaired numerous casement windows that didn't open/close easily or properly. They replaced and repaired cranks and parts that supposedly (according to internet) aren't available any longer (weather shield). his company is simply amazing. I had them come out to quote the replacement of three double paned windows and a broken counter balance mechanism in another window in my newly purchased home. Their prices were better than any of the other contractors, and they replaced the window glass in a timely fashion. They also guarantee the seals for 10 years. The window with the broken mechanism had a part that proved nearly impossible to locate, but they kept trying until they found it, and replaced not only the broken piece, but the equivalent piece on the other side of the window, to make sure it would work properly. I had some trouble with scheduling with my first job (pretty unorganized), they did a fine job but I thought the price was too high. Than got a quote on a second job, and price seem really high. So I got a second bid, and the second bid price came in at 50% of their quote, partly due to a creatively solution that cut costs, but mainly due to better prices.
