My insurance is a nation wide partner with Safelite, so this is the closest repair shop to me living in Muskogee. Appointment set up is online and easy. But when you call, you only get the hotline. The employees ended up being very nice and professional. It did take 5 hours. Insurance covered my costs, so I've no opinion on pricing. But so far, so good on my full windshield replacement. I was a little nervous based on past reviews, but I'm happy with everything so far as long as my windshield stays good!

Had an appointment scheduled for today between 8-12. 1145 rolled around and still nobody had showed so I called and they said well we need your VIN so I gave it to them and the price went from $450 to $850 and they can't do it today because they don't have a tech who could do a recalibration on my windshield. I would highly recommend not using this company
