We live in a small community that is in real need of affordable family housing. We buy homes in poor condition and rehab them for families. The homes are always in great condition when we finish the rehab. We even had a statement from a liscensed roofing contractor stating there was a good 15 years life expectancy of the roof. A 50 year relationship and $20000.00 a year premium evidently means nothing to them. I Lost a lot of respect for state farm and our local agency because of this.
