They proceeded to charge me $180 for the no show. I called them and explained what happened and they refused a refund or even a reduction. I'm in the service industry and understand full well how unfortunate and frustrating it can be when people simply don't show up. It's money and time lost for them. Even if they had reduced it I wouldn't be feeling this way. But I have been a customer for years and now will never return.
