    Custom salon mirrors

Glass nook, I'm more then happy with the results you provided my new salon custom cut and installed mirrors, quality, affordable, and fast pace.

While driving from Siksika to Calgary, a golf ball-sized rock was head headward--thank you windshield, but now I had a rock chip. After seeing those darn commercials about how these chips can quickly turn in to full blow San Andreas cracks (it's happened to me), I decided to nip it in the bud and take my car in for a fixin'. Now what's the deal with "rock chip repair for free" business?? (I know you've seen the signs) Well, basically you go into glass place, and have their insurance pay. That's all fine and good, but this would be a new claim, and that would most likely cause in increase in your insurance rate & would be on your record.....so, be careful! I went in and made sure to say I was paying out of pocket. 15 min later, they were done and I was all ready to pay the $46 for the repair. Instead it cost only $21! There mighta been some shenanigans, but whatever. I didn't give them my insurance info, so all is good. As for the repair, it isn't like TV---the chip doesn't magically disappear because of their magical resin. It was a little less visible, but it was still there. Oh well. Let's hope it holds up & I don't get any more rocks on me ole windshield!

The glass piece I ordered was perfect. I was amazed at the store's inventory of bathroom fixtures and accessories. Very nice.

Do not use this company for custom glass! I had a custom glass shower door/panel installed for my…read morewalk in shower. Since this is custom they sent out their own person to measure the glass. Normally when a professional measures for the glass they would account for all slopes. I have a tile bench that required a notch cut. the bench is sloped so water will run properly. The first panel was cut wrong and the company had to reorder. They blamed the manufacturer. The second panel was cut to almost the exact measurement for the lip which didn't account for the rail thickness/slope. So this panel was not going to fit unless the backing for the Channel rail was removed on the under side lip of the bench. I was okay with this being done as no one will know this was done except for myself and the installer. I also was going on the third scheduled install with them and was ready to have the glass done. They then proceeded to install my shower door. I asked them not to crack my tile. The lead installer was doing a good job but when the helper went to screw in the bottom side hinge he proceeded to force the screw in. Stripping the screw and cracking the tile behind the hinge. Picture is attached for reference. At this point I want nothing to do with this company and will be taking all my future business to Jim's Glass in Walla Walla, WA. I did send them an email a week ago to respond to my concerns and problems but they went unanswered. Maybe this was an off hand experience but did learn through asking around that when this was Yale glass it was a much better company and has lost its quality since then.
