We heard screaming and what sounded like gun fire... we paused and waited.. we heard more "shot" like sounds and more screaming. My family and I instantly started running around the store frantically, finally realizing we were locked out because they locked the garden entrance. This was absolutely terrifying and traumatic. How can they consider Lowe's a Veteran safe place, yet have something so similar to gun fire for those who have PTSD. All they had to simply do was go over the intercom and announce a confetti cannon will be going off.

But they didn't replace it with pressure treated lumber. i wanted to paint the regular 2 x 4 to protect it and make it look better, but they said they had to install it and there was no time to paint it. They could have dropped it off the day before so Icould have painted it.

He also checked a second gate and tightened the latch screws. Andrew recommended that the latches be replaced as they can come off again due to the wear and tear. He texted me pictures of latches that were similar to mine and said he would come back to put them on without charge. I let him know that I had purchased the new latches and he set up an appointment to install them. He was prompt and professional and showed up when he said he would. I appreciate his thoroughness and cleaning up everything. He also assembled a small side table for me while he was here and included it in just the cost of the gate repair work.
