When I got there, I was told that it would be "dirty" aluminum, since there was a piece of plastic at the very top of the ladder, which was bolted on. As a result, it was worth 15 cents/lb rather than 50 cents/lb. Had I been told that when I called, I would have spent 5 minutes unbolting the plastic. As it was, I got almost enough out of it to pay for the gas to get it there. So, just be aware that even if you call with a specific question about a specific item and get an answer, you might get a different answer when you actually get there.

I simply was putting it into a more obvious place than the ground. After all if I dropped something I'd appreciate someone picking something up if I dropped it. Ever since Jim has taken over operations, nothing BUT problems. I called Jim to come pick up 6 industrial A/C units ranging from 15-30 tons per unit. Like most companies, we were told we would receive a check within a few days. My technician was communicating with Jim on a day-to-day basis and would report back to me with the same answer EVERYDAY "I think Jim keeps dodging me, he said he was going to drop off a check today" So after 3-4 daily reminders, I take matters into my own hands and call Jim. To my surprise, Jim showed up at my office with check in hand that day. With that being said, the only reason I can even give an additional star was solely due to Jim dropping off the check and at least answering my phone calls. A week later, my patience is worn thin. I have not received an update or status on my order and of course I have to call Jim to remind him I am a customer. He tells me "I'll call you in 45 minutes, I am almost to my office where I can give you the invoice amount." That was Monday morning, it's Tuesday afternoon and I have to call Jim yet again. "I'll be in the office in 45 minutes" 2 hours go by.. I give Jim a ring and he responds via text stating he is in a meeting with customers. Hours later, Jim finally racks up the decency to give me a ring back but neglects me as a customer 100%. $475 was given to my company for 6 industrial units!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You mean to tell me that 320,000 lbs of material is only worth $475?!? We are offered $65 for old 2.0 tons. Absolutely disgusted with how this company is operating and would highly advise to use another company.
