A call back saying "if you'd like us to come out it will be $150 dollar service fee because door adjustment is part of delivery. "Door adjustment is in the owners manual or I can explain how to do it now." So here is my review, I WILL NEVER purchase another anything from you. Nor will I recommend your company and at every conversation I have about appliance replacement I will have this exact conversation verbatim. I regret having purchased an appliance from you as the customer service from someone in India is much easier to accept then the service you provided this morning.

I called the place I have gone for years and they could not accommodate me without me going into their store which has the hours of 9 to 4 Monday thru Friday and I work 8 to 5, 45 minutes away. I googled trophy shops in Elkhart, IN and there were like three that came up. First Place Trophy Shop was the first one, I liked the looks of their online add and something just told me to call them first, I never even contacted the other two. I ask if he could have it by my deadline, he said yes, he sent me samples of what he could do, I sent him what I wanted but did not include our company logo because I have always been told I would need to send something I don't know how to do. He sent back a proof that included our logo, he quoted me a very reasonable price, had it completed the day before my deadline, the plaque is high quality and absolutely beautiful. Everything was done through emails until the day I went to pay and pick up. I highly recommend First Place Trophy Shop and have found my forever go to place for trophies, and plaques. We were instructed to go upstairs where we would meet our daughter's bridal consultant. Jen introduced herself and let me tell you there is nothing unforgettable about her. From her welcoming presence, to her huge smile, and especially the way she made our daughter feel very special. Jen led us to our seats which were so comfortable. It felt like we were going to experience this bridal dress shopping in the comfort of our own home. In front of us was this large room full of mirrors, a pedestal, and curtains held open by metal tiebacks. Jen took her daughter and started looking at dresses. Jen asked our daughter so many questions. She wanted to know our daughter personally, so she could select the correct gowns. Jen assisted our daughter getting her gown on and she'd open up those curtains and it was like this grand experience. The last gown our daughter tried on was the most beautiful and perfectly designed for her. It's like consultant Jen knew that this was the finale gown. We explained to Jen that we had another bridal appointment at one of the chain bridal store. Jen took our daughter's measurements for the finale gown our daughter loved. Our daughter did not receive her bridal moment at the chain store and the dresses she tried on did not compare to her finale gown at your shop. Our daughter called your shop back and asked if she could come back and try on that finale gown one more time. Jen was right there to welcome us. Jen had our daughter in the gown with the veil and she grandly opened up those curtains and there wasn't a dry eye in the place. Our daughter said, "I say yes to the dress".
