This time when in need, they stepped up and was there for me. Online quote was easy and simple. Be sure to have your cars VIN # for the quote to be as accurate as possible. I shopped around with other glass vendors and not one best Safelite's quote. Appointment was easy to make after the quote and the service tech was communicative and very professional. I chose the mobile service and the glass replacement was done right in my driveway. The technician was on time, friendly, professional, organized and clean. He completed both appointments on my 2 cars in a timely manner. Super organized and cleaned up nicely and provided quality parts and service. Great price compared to other quotes and coupons available but you just have to find them. Only fee you'll see that was questionable was the glass recycling fee of $39.99 which is bogus in my opinion. I called to try to get it waived but they offered a discount so definitely worth a try to call for a better price reduction.

Technician was supposed to arrive between 8 and 12 and he arrived at 12:10, with an attitude. The repair time was supposed to be between an hour and two and he took 2.5 hours and at the end he didn't even complete the service!!!!! They said that they needed to calibrate it and they couldn't and then they wanted me to go to their location which is 35 min away from where I live to then wait for hours because they said they needed at least an hour to see if they can calibrate it. I said beforehand that I needed that to be quick because the only time I had was during my lunch break and there were like 6 people waiting and said it will take hours. WHY ADVERTISE AS A SERVICE THAT GOES TO YOU TO THEN MAKE YOU GO ALL THEY WAY TO THEM AND WAIT FOR HOURS???? AND after all, when I'm there, they say that if I don't do the calibration there, they just don't care because they make you sign a waiver before the do some work in your car. If you're looking for windshield replacement I recommend you finding a company that is near you in case "calibration" cannot be completed. ASAP had the best price, by far. After checking the windshield in stock, the morning appointment was moved to the afternoon because it was scratched. Thanks for checking and communicating quickly! My old car had some clips missing and rust spots, but the owner was doing my installation, so it was not a problem. Bad material was removed and patched as needed and in no time, our 1998 Mercedes has a new lease on life. The old glass was removed from the premises at no extra charge. After having a not so great experience with a larger company on my previous car, I was very hesitant to have this done. My contact at the dealership (Coconut Creek Auto) highly recommended Paul at AAAG and after speaking with him on the phone about the process (and informing him of my prior not so great experience) he did his best to put me at ease. I'll admit, I was still skeptical! After ordering the new window he came out to my office and replaced the windshield to perfection right there in the parking lot - it took less than 30 minutes. He was very reassuring and told me that he regularly does this for many local luxury car dealerships and brands as well. The window replacement was done to perfection - I honestly don't even notice that I have a new window. He also made arrangements for the sensor company to contact me to re-calibrate the cameras which I had no idea I needed to do. I guess all the new fancy cars need to have this done.
