My…read moremom ordered two pieces, it seems as though the system placed the 1st piece in this location and the 2nd in the other location. There was a nice lady who was helping other clients so we waited a while for a guy named Carlos. It seemed like Carlos knew a bit of English so I was able to show him my moms ID and he brought back a piece that said Gonzalez, but it seemed he didn't have enough energy to read the whole part or maybe he needed glasses but I let him know that the name was a male name and my moms a female name. It's okay. Then there was a pregnant lady that was helping him find the actual product. She did not look happy at all, made us feel a little uncomfortable. My mom said that "los 2 eran zero a la izquierda" seems like they took their sweet time to get the product. I wanted to double check that it was the correct product and it was. My mom then asked me to confirm the 2nd product but both workers had left not to be found so the nicer lady came by and brought the product. I noticed that it was in a different location in bird so she offered if we wanted to change the location and we can purchase it there. However my mom just wanted to leave, but it's interesting, instead of saying "Yes, it's in a different store" the nicer lady was like "oh that's your fault for choosing the other store". Okay lady probably not what we would like to hear right now. If I was the hiring manager I would definitely use this experience to demonstrate that we have to be more open and develop better teamwork. Would not be going to that store again.
