I made and confirmed my appointment with this company two weeks in advance. On the day of of the appointment, no one showed up. When it was 30 minutes past appt time, I called. He didn't know where his employee was. He called me back and said "she isn't answering her phone, so , sorry." There was no real concern or effort to fix the problem. I had no time to complete the cleaning I was hoping for, for an event in our home. It caused enormous stress and put a damper on what was supposed to be a really fun day. I ignored the bad yelp reviews on here, figuring they were just disgruntled customers. Don't be like me. Both windows and shutters both full of dust, trash and a dead fly) -Dust was left on the shutters and the chimney -Kitchen The stovetop and oven left greasy!!! The cleaning lady SAID SHE LEFT THE CLEANING SOLUTION FOR 4 hours... that was a LIE my sister sprayed it and wiped it completely off witching 30 minutes. (***had to pay EXTRA for that service***) We were told they could've put another coat of spray for the oven but it would be an extra charge. - Kitchen cabinets trash was left inside as well a piece of broken glass where my sister CUT HER THUMB trying to wipe down after she noticed they were left untouched. - ALL tile floors were to be swept and mopped again NO floors were mopped and my feet were full of dirt because I do not wear shoes inside of the house. I booked them and they were to come in the 13th og August. As I drove to meet them at my rental house for a move-out clean, I received a call that the cleaners had had a car accident, and could I reschedule ? So I rescheduled for the following Wed at 9. On that day at 9, I called and was told they were on their way. At 10 I called and were told they were running late but were on their way. At 12:30, I called and it went to voicemail.. I would not hesitate to use these folks again or hesitate to recommend their services. On very short notice, they were able to send a couple of folks over to clean my place out after it was vacated. How they were exceptional: * While other places I called could not accommodate me for a week or more, they offered to send someone over the same day or next. This was great because my plan to move everything out got moved up and this let me get on with my life sooner. Maybe I just got lucky, but when someone picks up your call at 7:45 am and tells you that they can help you that day with a large project, that's great. * they were scheduled to arrive at 9:00 am, and arrived at 8:15 am ready to go. I wasn't quite ready for them and happily offered to wait until 9:00 am to start. That was amazing. * Toilets: my toilets had developed "rings" due to non-use and I had tried everything to get them clean. I used all sorts of harsh chemicals and YouTube tricks but couldn't cure the problem. I don't know how they did it. * attitude: the cleaners were just good people, courteous, and seemed really interested in just making sure I was satisfied with the result. * last point: this is a plus and a minus, so you can judge for yourself. I had a patio that was a bit messy. And they cleaned that. I wasn't expecting it be cleaned because it wasn't, to my knowledge, agreed that they would clean it. In the process of unexpectedly cleaning the patio, they threw out something that definitely looked like trash but wasn't, so I was a little sorry to see that go (also, I literally said "if you find anything here, it's trash"). Basically, the crime here was going too far above-and-beyond, so it wouldn't deter me from using them again and shouldn't deter you either. And, of course, the job was thorough and well done. If I could give a zero I would. The lady came by and initially was late. She then asked me to help her remove all the items from my bathroom counters as if I was supposed to helping her. I immediately called her boss Michael and we spoke about this. I really needed the cleaning because I'm listing my home for sale so I decided to talk with Michael and let him know how I felt about my initial first impression of her. He wanted to pull the services and instead of being empathetic to my concerns the vulture only now wanted to collect payment up front from me to ensure that I paid rather than standing by their services. I paid in gold faith UP FRONT which I never do under the premise that after the conversion we had he assured me no matter how long it takes the job would be done. We hires them for 6 hours of deep cleaning for $300 minus a coupon we had for $30 off for $270 total. Well after letting her work she came to me at about 5.5 hours saying she was done and she was farrrrrrrrr from done. Items had tons of dust on them, cabinet doors still very dirty, debris still all over the kitchen, items not organized after being cleaned and just thrown about, a lazy cleaner that makes excuses about her horrible cleaning job, and a boss (Michael) who cares more about the money then he does the services he provides and doesn't care one bit about customers concerns or keeping to his word. This was by far the worst cleaning I have ever had and I would NEVER recommend them. They use cheap cleaning materials, had no mop and used some of my cleaning supplies, lazy workers and a profit driven boss. My time is important to me and I had a lot to do today but despite that I had to sit home most of the day to watch her. She left so many spots dirty and kept blaming the towels she was using or the cleaners she was using saying it's the residue from them. Excellent cleaning services! Our company has been using Glass Slipper Cleaning Services as soon as COVID started. (Early March) They were able to come in right away! Luz has been coming in twice a week since then and does an amazing job at keeping our office, desks, restrooms, kitchen, and floors clean! We are a construction company so there is lots of dirt that gets dragged in with everyone's boots, but Luz manages to keep up with it. Luz is very sweet as well. The owner of this company is abusive to customers..... He came to the wrong home (mine) to drop off a cleaning lady. He had been at my home for over 10 minutes pounding on my door and windows. When I contacted them through my security cameras we had exchanged phone numbers. When he figured out that he was at the wrong home he got upset and started beginning to be verbally abusive. We paid $400 for a deep cleaning that was not satisfactory. Once they got here we found out that there are a lot services they are not able to provide such a washing dishes and can only clean around things, so I went around the house moving everything for them. When I asked them if they could vacuum our rug I was also told they couldn't cause their vacuum was broken and they didn't have one with them. The wipe down that they did do was not good. You can clearly see where they stop wiping and where the dust begins. When she came to let me know that they were leaving they had packed everything and the other lady was already waiting in the car. I told her there are some mirrors that still needed cleaning and she said she couldn't reach them, even though I provided her with a ladder. She reluctantly went back to the car to get her supplies and did clean the mirrors. It honestly just felt like I was bothering them the whole time. As I look at the rest of the reviews claiming that the owner, Michael, is argumentative and rude, I would like to also chime in on my experience. I called Glass Slippers on a Monday and was able to get a service by Wednesday. Come to find out they had to cancel, very last minute might I add, the day of. Then OK well let's just reschedule, I rescheduled for the next day same time and like a lost puppy I found myself waiting at the door at 9am, which was the time of the appointment, and as time went on I called Michael to see what was going on. I guess the cleaners were running late (a whole 30 minutes late). It gets better, then I told my mother about this and she called Michael because this is very unprofessional and we have a house to show this weekend. My mom calls me back and tells me Michael called the ladies to turn around as they are about to pull up to the driveway because, and I quote his words, "working with your mom would be too much on my stress levels and all she would do is complain about the work we will do and it's not worth it". So thank YOU Michael for adding onto my stress levels and complaining about someone who would not even be around for the services. Update: I have read Michael's comment back to me and it's funny how he exclaimed BEGGING when I had called him back. My mother does not live with me and would have been no where near the house when the cleaning would occur. Like I said, we were showing the house that weekend and I was panicking and worried about that. Yes I called Michael back multiple times because he DECLINED my calls until he answered. I have read some possitive but mostly negative reviews, this is not good for a business, let alone a small business. I had service scheduled for a Wednesday with last minute cancellation, rescheduled for 9AM for another day, 30 minutes+ went by and I called, Michael for an ETA, he was very hostile to the point that he hang up on me. Statistics: negative review drives away 22% of prospects, around 30 customers. The percentage of lost customers increases with an increase in negative reviews. I hired this company to do a deep cleaning. I had not had my house professionally cleaned in a couple of years due to COVID. The owner was very accommodating in providing me a team at the last minute for a Saturday cleaning and he is a pleasant person. I was told they would arrive between 11:30 and 12:00 on Saturday. I spent Saturday morning picking up my home and preparing it to be cleaned. The team arrived closer to 1pm only after I called the owner at 12:15pm and stated they had not arrived. The price quoted to me was based on a 5 hour cleaning job for the size of my home and my request for a deep cleaning. Once the team arrived, I had to MAKE the woman who was evidently in charge put a mask on before entering my home. We are high risk and masks are required in our home. I showed her around my home and as I needed certain things done for a deep cleaning I indicated that two rooms only needed to be vacuumed and window sills done. I left my home for the first hour and upon my return saw that the only room being done was one of my bathrooms and primarily by one worker with the other standing talking with her. I excused myself to my living room and indicated they should let me know when to go to another room. After two hours I was greeted by the lead woman who indicated that they were done. I thought she meant done with the other rooms and she then told me no we have already done this room. The room I was in, my living room, clearly had not been cleaned or vacuumed. There is no clutter in my living room only two sofas and a couple of chairs with a large ottoman. I have pets and the room requires a lot of vacuuming. Upon arrival they indicated they wanted to use my vacuum, which is a small Shark sweeper vac. She then said "oh, no I am going to clean this room". I went to the bedroom I indicated only vacuuming and window sills and it appeared that she had cleaned the window sills so that is all the further I looked. I was in that room for approximately 20 minutes and she returned saying she was done. I looked and it appeared she had vacuumed and vacuumed the furniture so I was fine. The kitchen looked clean at a glance. I did question whether she mopped my hardwood floors and was told yes but they looked still dusty. I chalked it up to the cleaner she said she used. Then they left. To my horror, the next morning I began noticing that 1) nothing was moved from my kitchen counters and there was dust and dirt still on the counters; 2) the microwave was not cleaned, inside or outside; 3) the range was not cleaned. They did clean the inside of the stove and that was done nicely so not all bad in Kitchen. However, I have a very large family room and the kitchen area itself is the size of an apartment kitchen. For professionals this should have taken less than 1 hour even to clean the hood over the stove and the microwave and the counters. The cabinets were not wiped down at all. The lead woman indicated she had cleaned the round globes in my light fixtures because they were "awful" and did I not do this every week?" Upon looking at the fixtures from an angle in a sitting position (I am 5'2") I noticed that she had taken a duster and gone around the globes but not cleaned the whole globe. To me this is halfway. Upon closer inspection around my home and also found that none of my furniture was actually vacuumed, the cushions were turned over and also she did not vacuum under my furniture. There was dog hair everywhere. When I attempted to vacuum this up that my vacuum was clogged and the cup needed to be emptied so it would not pick up. So, when the vacuum stopped sucking, she stopped vacuuming instead of emptying the cup and beginning again. None of my doors were wiped down, forget about any baseboards. No deep cleaning!! Not even a halfway regular cleaning. Sunday, I began completing their job. In total it took me 6 hours over three days to complete my "deep cleaning" as well as finish what should have been a standard housecleaning. I spoke to the owner that Sunday morning and let him know that things were not done and his response was "why did you let them leave?" I indicated that on a not so close inspection the house appeared clean but by no means did I get a deep cleaning. He did offer me another crew but I had already put in 3 hours in kitchen & living room. At that time he said well I will discount your $400 job to $320 (basically giving me back 1 hour) and applied the coupon of $30 for a total of $290. I agreed because I did not want to get sued in small claims for lack of payment & because the things that were done like my blind dusting, vertical blinds cleaned & stove & bathrooms done. Not a $290 job but I did not think he would come down any further. Also the lead worker (not the working worker) offered me her card and said she was cheaper than the company. Not professional. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unfortunately I hired them to do a move out deep clean. Michael, who answered the phone, told me they cleaned windows, baseboards, etc. for move outs. Their website also states all they supposedly do for move outs. I mentioned that the kitchen cabinets were very greasy and he indicated they had cleaning solution for that. I went to the townhouse after they supposedly cleaned. The carpets were vacuumed but not much more. The did not clean any of the windows, only cleaned 3 window sills, all of the baseboards downstairs were not cleaned, did not wipe any of the bathroom cabinets, did not wipe/dust the linen cabinet, none of of the light switches were cleaned, the floor in the upstairs bathroom still had a wad of hair on it, master bathroom tub was not cleaned (it was peeling but I wanted the dust off of it). The entire bathroom downstairs was not cleaned! She cleaned only 7 out of 20 cabinets and 9 drawers in the kitchen. The floor was not cleaned at all. None of the light fixtures was dusted. Michael claimed they were "too high to reach." Shouldn't a maid have a dust extender? I will also mention that I am replacing several items in the house so there wasn't an oven or microwave to clean, no kitchen sink. I only had one toilet in the house and she didn't even clean the ONE toilet. Terrible job and the company is not willing to make it right. I asked for 50% refund since the job done was really less than 50%. Michael claims he "wins every dispute." Sounds like he has A LOT of complaints. BEWARE. I scheduled a cleaning service for my apartment because I am moving out. I contacted Michael and at first he was very responsive and got back to me quick. We scheduled an appointment for sometime between 12 and one in the afternoon for someone to come clean my apartment. I got my apartment at noon was waited for someone to meet me. Around 1230 I started making calls to Michael asking if there was an ETA for someone coming to my house. Michael did not answer and I left a voicemail. I called approximately six mor times between the time of 1230-1:30. I still haven't received a call back so I was about to head over to the actual business itself in Rancho Cucamonga but I called him one last time and Michael said that he wasn't sure why no one had come to my place and he would look into it for me right now and hung up. I waited and I didn't get a call back so I called Again and he said he still was t sure what was going on. At 2:00 Michael called and said that whoever was supposed to be cleaning my place going to a car accident and he was trying to figure out someone else to come clean my apartment. I don't mean to be insensitive however I read other yelp reviews from this business and saw that Michael had used the same excuse not too long ago for a customer whose cleaning person also did not show up. I told Michael that I understood, sometimes life happens and that if he could send me someone else that would be greatly appreciated. I told him that I had to work tonight, i work 12 hours starting at 5:30 so I would leave the apartment unlocked and if he could find someone to come to my apartment at any point in time throughout the day that would be great. I didn't need a deep clean just a base clean would have worked at this point. I waited for Michael To call AGAIN, and he never called. I called him back again at 4:30 and he said unfortunately he wasn't able to send anyone over and he will send someone over first thing tomorrow morning. I told him that I would have to cancel my appointment with this company because I had to be moved out by the day of my original appointment. This was essentially the biggest waste of my time. I couldn't find anyone to clean my apartment last Minute. I just wish Michael would have communicated better so I could have found someone else to do the job before I needed to turn in my keys. read more

Inappropriately named! They did all right on appliances but glass is not their thing! I redid the closeted mirrors. Windows were supposed to be included but wow what a horrible job! Then when I spoke to Michael, he became confrontational, promised to rectify the work, then stated they were too busy over the holidays. Would never recommend this service to anyone! read more

Hands down best service I've ever had. I've been through ALOT of cleaning ladies and at first their great and then over time start to get lazier and lazier. I'm the type of person that last min decides I want my house cleaned the next day and their on it and here the next day and pay so much attention to detail. I called mike and he was really professional and asked me what I wanted to be done and that he would make sure that was done to a high standard, he sent me his best worker named Daisy, she got here right at 8 am and was ready to work, she already knew what she had to do in my house and that's perfect because I didn't want to be baby sitting her around my home, mike clearly told her what I wanted done and she did it!! She was done quicker than what I expected it would take and she told me she was done and we gave it a walk thru and WOW does she know how to get the job done! My restroom looked amazing and the tub looked spotless! My kitchen looked like it has never looked before! My floors looked really good and I don't remember seeing them this clean!! All in all Daisy was trustworthy and she got the job done better than what I was expecting to get compared to other cleaning companies I've used before.
