I had my rear glass replaced in my 1997 Silverado. Super cheap and super fast! Great service and had it all done in less than an hour!

They stole my property from my car while they changed out my glass. Apparently it's the owners son and the son's uncle who did my job but they are not listed on the invoice. The company didnt understand, "why would they take a lunch bag"? Because it was zipped up and anything could've been in there. It was my my work stuff that I use on a daily, now I have to replace it. They got the job done when nobody else could. Had back window in our Nissan Altima coupe get blown out, Safelite could not get it done for 5 days. Our insurance company recommended The Glass Store, they got it done on the same day and even did the front windshield. It is the only glass company we will use or recommend. they were supposed to give me a $100 rebate. They didn't. I dealt with them six times on the phone asking where it was. they continually lied. It's in the mail. The mailman didn't come. It got returned. They called me once a week asking what I thought of their service. Every week I tell them I want them to drink bleach. These people just can't take a message. read more

I was told that with the invoice paperwork I can go in anytime to replace my windshield guy in the office said didn't matter how many year pass or months or days ! First time ever with my luck I saved my invoice in case I had to go back because they replaced it with a Little Rock filling . That they filed it in and it came with and the filling spread more so I went In today to change it with my invoice. They said they couldn't do it .... I clearly asked the guy that wrote the invoice are you sure I can come back and replace no matter what with out a problem.. he clearly said yes yes yes just as along as you have your invoice and that month I took two of my vehicles.. I have always gone to this place, but this is my first time trying to do the warranty and ask me if I'll go back . Nope because they don't have word in the warranty. read more

So I took a chance on this family run business even after some of the negative comments. I am extremely happy Abby worked with me on my window for my BMW 7 series double pane burglar proof window. They had to have it shipped from Germany with about a 2 week wait. Abby kept me informed and called when it came in and set up a install job at my home within 3 hours. John showed up on time and had the job done within the hour. I support small companies over the giants and have always had great luck! I always give a honest review and am not afraid of updating it after time. ie if the window was to fall out lol. read more

horrible. My brother recommended them and by god I wish he didn't they came 3 hours later then what they were supposed to. They ripped off the covering for my dashboard and threw all of the pins that were on it off. I have had other people work on my car and they NEVER touched anything on my dashboard, if they did it was always put back. These guys didn't even warn me or put anything back. Then yesterday it started to rain and behold the rain seeped through the windshield from the crappy job they did. The manager did not seem at all concerned about the shotty job but did offer a replacement. If they don't fix it right this time I'm reporting them to the BBB. read more

This companies aftermarket shields are very weak the littlest rock chip can create the biggest crack so I had to buy another one by next week exactly what happened to me.. also great customer service when they told me that watches are not covered in their insurance I can't replace my windshield when I bought it two days ago read more

This place is absolutely terrible. I dropped off my car and was told it would be done in an 1-1.5 hours and to come back. They didn't have me fill out paperwork or ask for my number. Matter of fact they didn't even acknowledge my presence until I started going toward the entity office which was vacant. I came back and my car had the door panel resting on the convertible top, which no convertible owner wants to see, and I was told that I would be done in half an hour. I live 30 minutes away. I came back 45 minutes later and it was still not done, this is where asking me for my phone number would have come in handy so they could notify me. Four hours later it was done. The window doesn't lock into the door seal like it should, they broke the interior panel of my side mirror, the door's foam insulation was in my back seat. I'm not sure if they replaced it or just decided not to use it because they ripped it - to replace it will be $30-$60. If they can't do a window regulator right who in their right mind would let them do their windshield. Cons: crappy service, crappy workmanship, no respect for your time, terrible environment, unprofessional, no standards, no communication, they damage your car, probably no bonded. Pros: cheap if you don't mind the above and paying for repairing your car right or paying to repair damage they do. read more

The guys that came to do my windshield messed my old windshield up put in a windshield that doesn't fit took it out and put my original broke windshield even more f uped than before! Mind you this is on a holiday weekend. Ruined my paintjob and sprayed my leather dash with rubbing alcohol and rubbed it until it was bare and the same color as the towel. Talked to the owner and he told his guys to get the hell outta there. And not getting any calls from them after they left. Im contacting a claims adjustor when the holidays over. Fast service, good service, and a reasonable price ($120). We went mid-week and were in and out in an hour. Friendly and comfortable, they even brought a chair outside to my handicapped partner. After two weeks, no drips or wind noise (they're warrantied, anyway). In Arizona windshields are almost like consumables (brakes, tires). It's good to know they will fix the chips and stones that are bound to be on the way. I really don't know what happened to the other reviewers. Maybe things have changed, everything I saw was professional and I would recommend this Broadway location to everyone. read more

I dropped in, out of the blue, on a Saturday to see if they could replace a broken rear-door window on my vehicle. To my pleasant surprise they said yes, and within the hour they had installed the window and vacuumed up the broken glass from the interior. Terrible business. Been here twice. Once for my work truck. They removed the windshield and then informed me that they didn't have one to install, they had to go get it. Over two hours later it was finally done. Took my explorer there and they did a good job on the windshield but they broke the molding when removing, then they just put an old used one in that looked very poor. They didn't even decide to tell me up front. Not until I asked about it. Owner said he would make it right when he had the molding and come to me to replace. It was set up on the phone two days later and nobody showed up to do the work and no one called. I will never go here again. read more

HORRIBLE! I wish I could give it 0 stars if I could! Don't ever use them. I had them replace my windshield on my 05 Volvo and they broke 6 clips to hold down my side molding on my car so I called them and they came down and said they didn't have the clips and had to get it from a dealer. So then they go and put window sealant under my molding! I had to run out and stop them but it was too late, it was oozing out from every side. I told them I was going to take it to a dealer to fix the molding and replace the clips because their people screwed up the molding by putting sealant. And they said it was ok, I spoke to a man named Eddie. And he said it was ok. I fax the invoice to them and they refuse to pay!!! To fix their mistake cost more than the windshield itself! Very unhappy with the way this business treated me. They essentially no-call no-showed for 3 scheduled appointments before I finally cancelled their services and rescheduled with another company through my insurance. I had an appointment scheduled with them for Saturday morning at 9am-10am. They called after noon to say they weren't coming out because their techs had wrecked the van the previous night, and they rescheduled for Monday at 9am-9:30am. Again, no one showed, and I finally called them around 10:15. They said there had been a miscommunication with whoever had been working Saturday, and we had not been put on the books. They said they'd get back out right away since I had an appointment that afternoon and the glass needed time to set. The girl called back shortly to say the guys had just left on a job to Casa Grande, and it would be about 2 hours before they could make it back out here. Almost 3 hours after that, still no one had shown up, and I got another call. They were unable to repair my windshield today - because of the rain. "With the moisture, it just wouldn't hold". I told her that was unacceptable, and asked, if that was the case, why couldn't she have told me that in the morning when I spoke to her, since it had been raining all day? She had no answer for me, except another apology. When I rescheduled through my insurance company (with another store, to be sure), they asked if I had a carport or garage to keep the vehicle under in case of rain. So obviously, the girl had lied to me to cover her mistake in scheduling my appointment when they clearly did not have time. I did file a formal complaint with safelite as this was an affiliated shop. I absolutely did not receive the service I've come to expect from safelite, and I sincerely hope they discontinue their affiliation with this business. read more
