Setting up an appointment for someone to come out to me was super fast and easy. I had a small pit in my window and I wanted it fixed immediately. I was given a 12-4 time block for them to come out and was told I would receive a call when they were on their way. 4 came and no one had called me yet, so I called the office and she took care of it immediately calling the person that was supposed to be here. I was a little disappointed that no one showed up in the time window but I am happy with how well they handled it. He ended up showing up about 15 minutes later. He came and fixed it super fast though. Seriously, it only took 5 minutes. The repair looks great and he cleaned my front windshield inside and out before he left. I bought the Yelp deal, so it was even cheaper than the original cheap quote I received. I'm happy. read more

DO NOT COME HERE! First off at my first appointment a couple of techs came then said they couldn't do it due to a tool they "forgot" after I gave them all the info on the type of car I had over the phone. Not only did they have me reschedule but they come late EVERY SINGLE TIME more than 15-30 minutes. So I rescheduled, then when the next tech came he ripped the glass out of the window then said that the last techs were being lazy as the job is "difficult"and he wasn't sure if he would be able to do it but proceeded to rip the window out anyways. Once finished he let me know the window did not function properly as before and wouldn't go up or down nor was connecting to the buttons. So I was told to call again and reschedule with a warranty tech as the window was defective and rubbing against my rubber trim causing it to wear down. So the warranty tech came down to my house for 5 minutes stating he was not going to be able to fix it and left. I was told to reschedule ONCE AGAIN. Come today which I hoped was my last time seeing these people, the tech switches the window out but drops my door panel and scratches the bottom and breaks my door light.... On top of that he plays me and has me sign a paper stating I acknowledge the door ding I had previously was not made by him, I asked him twice before I signed what scratch/ding he was talking about and he pointed at it so I signed. He then proceeds to say "that's it you can leave"after handing me a different customer copy of a work order but never the copy of the scratch/ding page I signed. I walk inside my workplace then when I got back into my car there is the customer copy of the scratch/ding paper on my seat that he purposely failed to give me because after I signed and went inside he wrote other scratches and damages that were made by him while doing the service, making it seem like they were there before the service as well as making it seem like I had acknowledged he wrote that with my signature. I 100% know my car and what marks it had I take extremely good care of it and I know they were made by him. It's not a type damage that can be done with the panel on the door and I've never taken the panel off. On top of all that the window still isn't fixed.... I spoke to the manager and she stated she couldn't speak to the owner or head manager until tomorrow. read more

These guys are great! I requested a quote via Yelp and made my appointment shortly after. They have some of the best Yelp ratings for an auto glass shop for a reason! They showed up right on time and fixed my shattered rear window quickly, in my own driveway. I had lots of questions about just how to take out my rear shattered window, and how they glue it back on, which they happily answered. They vacuumed the shattered glass pieces and cleaned out my car and driveway and left a spotless, fixed car when they left. Would totally use SWAG again and recommend them to anyone! read more

Tried doing business locally as we are also a small business, and appeared to have lots of good reviews. Called requested a quote to install 2 side windows we ordered for a ford transit. We cut out the sheet metal and fitted, just needed to urethane them in (would have just done ourselves but it's a lot of urethane and pros that do this use larger guns/tubes of it than we do). Got a quote of $125, so went ahead and scheduled a few days out with them. Guy shows up in generic van, not even company branded so guessing subbed out to whomever. Guys says they quoted wrong, so calls in, and they call and now want $200. Classic bait and switch, and blame us for them supposedly only quoting 1 window install when I clearly told the guy on phone Sherman we had 2 windows, one in sliding door, 1 in opposite side no door. Not getting our business sorry, will find someone else! read more

I've used Southwestern Auto Glass twice. First time they did an outstanding job. The second time was a disaster. I have a month old Tesla Model S which I purchased for over $120k that needed a windshield replacement. The guy who came to my address didn't put anything on the inside of the car before he started working on it. He was sprinkling some liquid on the windshield from the inside without covering the dash board or the sound bar with anything. I saw several drops of whatever that liquid was drop on the sound bar. On another occasion as he was unscrewing the metal frame holding the rear view mirror he let the frame drop on the carbon fiber lid in the car. That frame is pretty heavy, not sure how he didn't damage the lid. Also in the process of unscrewing the frame from the windshield he was pretty reckless and let the screws fly around thus losing one screw which I need to find and throw away. Eventually I noticed that one of the plastic panels was broken as he pulled it out and put it down on the ground in the car. I've attached couple photos of it. He told me not to worry about it, not a big deal. Finally when he put the new windshield he pointed there's a crack in the roof top claiming it was not from him. Well I washed the car less than 24 hours before him working on it and there was no crack. I only drove it for 4 miles, in between, going to the local grocery store. It's really hard to believe that for those 4 miles a rock managed to hit the car at that angle. Plus he looked at the entire car before he started working on it and did not have anything to mention as defects or damages. But suddenly after he was done a chip appears and tries to push it on me. I've attached photos of the damages. I called the company and raised a complain. They have great customer service and I can tell they are trying to keep their customers happy. The owner personally reached out to me within the hour which I appreciate. He sent somebody else who used window resin to fill in the chip. As I said, I appreciate that but the chip is still there and I can see it. I would never use this company again. The chip is still noticeable but more importantly who chips such an expensive car and breaks the plastic panel all in one run? Seriously unprofessional and shows no respect for the client. read more

I have to admit I was a little skeptical given the awesome reviews. However, after having Sewall come to my home and replace my windshield glass I'm truly convinced he is by far the best and most honest auto glass installer in the valley. My wife and I have replaced our windshields 2-3 over 10+years and have all the repairs done at dealers. But I thought I'd give SW Auto Glass a try as I'm always rooting for the local entrepreneur. This was by far the best experience. He actually installed the right glass in my vehicle! During the initial consult he asked if I have rain sensors on my car. I said yes, but didn't know that if I had rain sensors I also had a windshield that electronic defroster embedded in the glass. Upon arrival to my home he looked at my glass and showed cables that should have been connected to the correct windshield. The dealership had been installing the wrong glass without the embedded defroster. Sewall installed the new glass without any issues and connected the sensor. He took his time to remove all the previous material. He is a great guy and business owner who works hard and is honest. Can't beat that! Believe the reviews. First of all, call in for an appointment because the address in yelp is not where the work is performed. I needed a windshield repair and was very short on time. I called in and Stephanie was very friendly and got me in right away. Eric fixed my cracked windshield and did a phenomenal job. He even cleaned my whole windshield. The crack was about quarter size and after he was finished you could hardly see any lines. He was also extremely professional and very friendly. Scheduling was good, however they did not follow through with their promised $100 to $150 back in cash which is why we went with them in the first place, instead stating they put tenting across the window which meant we only got $50 back but the tenting was there when they replace the window so that should've been included in the insurance replacement cost. Glass leaked in first major rain, they did have a fairly quick response in scheduling a warranty repair. Just very disappointed about the promotion not being satisfied as advertised and that we had to call them to find out where the money was because they never sent it to us. read more

Replaced my windshield and even went further into the dash to try and find the ring I lost. And was still done exactly when he said he would be, so I was on time to pick up kids from school. I contacted Sewall because his Yelp reviews were SO good and found out exactly why he has the reputation he has. I called him one day and accidentally texted my address to the wrong number. By the time I realized it, it was the day he was supposed to install. I thought for sure I'd missed him, but no, he came over as soon as his other jobs were finished (and it was almost dark and he still came!). He did a really great and fast job on my car. He's really personable and addresses all issues that you might have and he even let me hover around neurotically and didn't even say anything! His prices were lower than other places I called as well. His work looked as though it was my original windshield and he even replaced a sticker from my other one to my new one that we thought wouldn't transfer, but he made it work. He's magic! Wow. Very impressed. I had called another company that said they would be out early this morning to replace my 4runner's windshield. Got tired of waiting and not hearing from them so checked Yelp, found this close to me company with great reviews and clicked on 'send a message'. I didn't check their hours or I would have seen there are close today. Someone called me back, said the installer would call me when he's on his way and then I got an appointment notice that they are coming at 11AM. Alrighty then! He shows up, turns out he's the owner. I immediately apologized for not seeing they were closed today. He says no problem, he picked up a windshield just in case I still wanted to to the job today since the windshield suppliers all close at 11AM on Saturday. Wow. I felt kinda lame because when Sewall arrived to replace my windshield I couldn't back my car out of the carport for him because I left a light on the night before and my battery was dead. So he deserves extra points because even though he was having an obviously busy day he pushed my car down the driveway to replace my windshield and then jumped it for me before he left. The installation was quick and painless otherwise! I emailed him a question later and he responded quickly and honestly - he had forgotten about the cash back upon installation, but no less than 24 hours later he swung by my house with the rebate. 5 stars from me! I've used them twice and have been nothing but impressed with Southwestern Auto Glass. The first time I needed a windshield replaced. They gave me an incredibly fair price quote, were able to come to me quickly and had the entire thing replaced in less than an hour. After my first experience, they were the first company I thought to call when I got a crack in my windshield from a flying rock on the highway. Not knowing if it could be fixed, the tech showed up prepared with an extra windshield and was HONEST with me that it could be fixed without replacing the entire windshield.
