I recently had my car in there to have some repairs done after a accident where some one rear ended me. I work with a local automotive repair shop and they were the first shop I wanted to bring my truck to even though my insurance tried to tell me it would take longer. They had my truck for just about a month but today 1/28 I was able to pick it up. The truck looks fantastic. The best part is they provide you with a diminished valve report so you can provide it to the insurance company to get reimbursed for the lost value after the accident. They 100 percent are a go to shop for repairs after a collision. They provide you updates via text message and emails so you can know the progress of your vehicles repair. I would highly recommend Arizona Collision Center! I was in my first accident when a semi bumped the back of my car and I was referred to Arizona collision center by a family friend who is a mechanic. I called and was able to bring my car in for an estimate the same afternoon. Travis was super helpful and walked me through what to expect. He even contacted the driver that hit me and coordinated payment so I was not held responsible for the cost. I have waited almost a year to write this review. April of 23 I was hit by a guy who had no insurance and lived in his car. I took my truck to the insurance preferred shop (DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THE ISURANCE SHOP) I wont say the name of the shop but it rhymes with Herber, wink wink. they had my truck from the beginning of April to the end of June, and when I got it back I found out that they had replaced my Driver door with a used Dented door and an after market front fender that didnt match, and the paint looked terrible and there were wires hanging down under my dash that they didnt put back. Long story short I took it back and gave the chance to the shop to fix it.. they didnt. I had to file a complaint and fight my insurance to get it fixed the right way but this time I did the right thing and called Travis at Arizona Collision, Finally things got better. Travis and his team helped me stand my ground to get my truck fixed the right way, They had my truck from the end of August to the middle of October, they put on a new OEM door, a new OEM fender, and repainted the driver side of my truck. Since Ive had it back I havent had a single complaint. and the truck looks amazing. The way it was repaired is the way it should have been done the first time. I no longer live in Arizona, but if I did you better believe there isn't another shop I would ever use other than Arizona Collision. Manager beat around the bush, Job was paid for by the Car Wash. Call to get update, and they will tell you are rushing them. Took four weeks to order and do the job, still didn't even replace all parts and charge car wash more money and didn't do what was talked about, also just put old parts back on and it cost 500 for all new parts. Would look into other places, as they were highest costing only reason I used them as I didn't have to pay out of pocket. read more

Over the 10 years that I have owned my 2015 Subaru Forester I have been fortunate to be able to have Arizona Collision Center repair my vehicle 3 times. Each time I was thoroughly satisfied and impressed with their skill and professionalism. I have worked with them using my own insurance company (State Farm) and also using a questionable Insurance company that other shops seemed reluctant to work with. The most recent experience was with my own insurance company. I had struck a cone on the highway. Arizona Collision Center went above and beyond with their detailed repair. My car is driving really well, it looks gorgeous. I am so happy to have it back. They make sure the insurance company covers what is necessary to return the car to safe, reliable condition. They really outdid themselves this last time. They replaced my bumper, fender liners, and part of the grille. it looks so good. They are not a preferred shop with State Farm. Don't let that deter you. They will do what it takes to get your car repaired properly. I had reached out via text message to see what their address was for their other locations but they told me that they only have 1 location. I was confused because I had spoke with someone earlier on the phone about our van. They responded very rudely via text saying that they don't have our van, that I must be confused with another company that has the same name however they are not affiliated with them. They might have great services, however whoever is in charge of chat is not friendly. I didn't know there was another company with the same name. I belong to a tundra group in facebook of which the owner of Arizona Collision Center is a member. I had a young lady turn right in front of me and I tboned her, I was in a residential area so luckily my truck wasn't damaged much but my winch bumper put a hurt on her new car. I had my truck taken to Arizona Collision Center and got a call from the girls insurance company saying the If I didn't use their shop I would probably have to pay money out of my pocket. I informed her the truck was already at Arizona Collision Center and from there Rob and Travis handled everything else. I had the winch bumper replaced and the winch. The winch bumper company sent the wrong one so it took a little longer to get the replacement. I have to say that Travis was excellent in his communication with me in keeping me updated with the repairs. They even sent the truck to their mechanic shop to make sure everything was ok mechanically with it. I never had to pay a cent, their insurance company paid for everything and I'm sure it was a battle to get them to pay for an aftermarket bumper and winch for my truck but they got it done. Don't even consider taking your vehicle anywhere else besides Arizona Collision Center in Tempe. Rob is a great owner with awesome folks that make it all work out for the client. Nothing but the best and professional. I was backed into at a Circle K parking lot. My car was only a week old, called AZ Collision Center by recommendation was asked to bring it by that day. They quoted me to fix the car, gave me both a cash price and insurance price to show the deductible, chose to save in the long run without a claim. They ordered the parts, two weeks later had me come in for a color match. A week later had me come in and they replaced everything while I waited. My truck was at the shop for more than 5 weeks. The work was not complete. They only put 1 of the 2 side steps on. My windshield is STILL cracked. They told me they washed & detailed my truck and there was dirt on the side that had been sitting there ( truck was never washed ). I got to the office 20 minutes prior to closing and waited for JJ to finish helping someone eise. They charged me / insurance company for emblems that were not put on. When I started pointing out the work that was missed he then told me " we closed 15 minutes ago I'm ready to leave , we can talk Monday ". On top of my truck not being complete , I was charged a " processing fee" to complete the payment. This company had great reviews and I was referred to them , but the service was complete opposite . read more

I am not one to get on here and write reviews, but I had such an extraordinarily bad experience with this company that it warrants a write-up and a huge BEWARE to others who may be considering doing business with this unethical shop. Recently, my car sustained significant damages when a red-light runner collided into me. As anyone who has ever had the unfortunate experience of being involved in a vehicle wreck knows, one of the next steps in dealing with the aftermath is obtaining a repair estimate(s). The insurance company gave me the option of choosing from one of their "select provider" repair shops, or choosing my own from outside of their network. I opted for the latter, figuring a shop outside of their network would be more objective in their assessment of the damages and repair cost estimation. So I went online to find a repair shop, came across ACC, completed their online query, and was contacted by Nicole to make arrangements to get the car towed in for the estimate. Right after the car arrived at the shop, Nicole emailed me an authorization form to sign. I questioned this, as it seemed a little odd to me that they would need signed authorization to write up a repair cost estimate. I clarified to Nicole again that I only wanted an estimate and was not committing to selecting their shop to provide repairs at this point. She insisted that this signed authorization was required in order to provide the estimate, and confirmed that it would be used only for that purpose. Still uneasy about signing a form that had "tear down" in the wording, but with my car already towed to that shop, and them refusing to do the estimate without the signed form, I reluctantly signed. I added a statement under my signature for added measure: "this authorization is limited to repair cost estimate only...no repairs are being authorized without prior additional written consent." A week passes and I have not received an estimate yet, nor do I hear from anyone (I think nothing of this because it was the Thanksgiving holidays and everything moves slower). I then receive an email and vm from Joe Decker, shop manager, stating parts have been ordered and there is a targeted completion date of repairs on my car for Dec 24!! Wait....WHAT??! I have not even received an ESTIMATE, let alone authorized this shop to proceed with the repair job!! What is this shop estimating the repair cost to be? Where is the itemized list of repairs they are proposing? And what if I want to get additional estimates from other shops?? I was not even consulted in this decision to award ACC the repair job....and it was MY car, MY choice who I want to select to do the repair job!! I was in utter disbelief. So I call Joe. He insisted that they had authorization to proceed with repair. I told him that the car was in for an ESTIMATE...which they never even provided me with prior to jumping into ordering the parts and on trek with repair completion date. He was not seeing anything wrong with this picture. I told him that I had confirmed with Nicole that the form I signed was for ESTIMATE, and wrote that on the form as well. He said that is how they have always done it. A couple weeks later ACC's supplemental estimate comes through (roughly 1k higher than insurance adjustor estimate) and insurance company deems my car a total loss. So now here we have my car that I was the orig owner of, maintained, ran fantastic, just needed bodywork. I was weighing my options and buying my car back was a very attractive option. The insurance co and I agreed it would be towed to my residence for storage while we were in negotiations (rather than continuing to accrue storage fees at ACC). The day they were to tow it to my house, I get a call from the insurance stating that my car was "in pieces" at the shop, with "14 hrs" of labor in it. And they were not going to pay for any more labor to put it back together to the condition it was in when towed in for an ESTIMATE. So if I wanted to retain the vehicle, it would be "as-is" in the torn down state. Thanks to these shady characters at ACC, I am without my car now and struggling to find another one of the same value that is as reliable as what I had. The way they speak to people is ugly. And the owner Rob in one breath let me know the kind of women I am "I don't trust men and I don't trust auto shops" I'm a single mom of 6 my daughter was in a hit and run I bought her this car and two weeks in a person hit her and ran. I got a quote from roadrunner and the want to total it. My attorney told me to call Rob had no idea he was the owner I was just doing what I was told. But the front staff was rude hung up on me as I was still speaking the first last the second gave me Travis the manager and he let me know he was friends with the owners at roadrunner and they are reputable Company and he would basically agree with the loss. I said ok my attorney ask I speak to Rob he said "well everyone wants to speak to Rob he is the owner and very busy" I said ok sir May I please speak to Rob? He said I'll take your info but he is leaving tomorrow to Costa Rica. Basically "good luck" I said ok no problem. The staff all said they didn't know my attorney and work with thousands of attorneys. Then Rob called me and well basically gave me A psych evaluation. Oh and it doesn't matter if I'm a single mom or a millionaire they are rude to all. He did not allow me to simply vent and hear my feelings on what had taken place. I will never go to that shop. Very disappointed and sucks when you simply can't be heard. But hey One great thing rob defends his shop regardless to how they treat people. Not one I'm sorry you felt this way not one sorry for misunderstanding.... Something weird happened to the paint on top/rear door of my (original owner) 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe... maybe a car wash incident I didn't notice. By the time I saw it--after some storms, it was a big problem. I knew it would be an expensive repair without insurance (I have insurance, but this wasn't accident-related). I don't recommend. Poor communication, extremely long wait times. Been waiting 2 weeks for a new bumper with no idea how long it would be. I was told they'd also be able to fix a small paint scratch on my front left side and picked up my vehicle this morning with no change to the scratch. I've been sharing a vehicle with my husband for two weeks and juggling work, kids and errands with one car has sucked. So I reached out to them several times and did not get a clear answer on anything. I'm really upset and disappointed. I'll go somewhere else to get this paint fixed. TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYPART OF YOUR CAR, it will come back damaged and they will DENY any responsibility for those damages!!!!!! Had a wreck months ago, buddy who used to work there recommended me. Got my car back, a few little trim details needed fixed still after expressing concern. OK no big deal. So fast forward to this week. Buddy needed repairs on his 2011 camaro ss.Recommended him here.. THAT WAS A MISTAKE. -They forgot his window tint.. -Didn't even detail the car (sanding dust inside everywhere) -didn't glue door seal to pinch weld - didn't properly install sill panel emblem -door clearly doesn't match the quarter panel they replaced ( novice paintwork ) - put a small hole in his seat (which they deny) So to "call it even" on the seat, the manager JOE (who is your typical big ego tough guy with an attitude), said he would tint the camaro all around for the hassle. OK, sounded good at first. WRONG WRONG WRONG now when we went to pick up the car, my friend and I immediately noticed the RAZOR MARKS on the top of the dash pad?? SERIOUSLY?! How incompetent are you guys. Take responsibility for you and your "tint shop's" poor quality work and FIX THIS CAR RIGHT JESUS CHRIST. People value my opinion in this industry, and by recommending someone here and having this happen, MAKES ME LOOK STUPID. A tool set I just bought. My gym bag that was in the trunk with my gym shoes. I didn't even think to take them out of my trunk cause it was front end damage and they wouldn't need to get into my trunk. And who would steal a gym bag?? Or a set of tools off a girl?? To be very honest, my first experience with this company was horrible - Then I heard the management changed! Being a small biz owner - I know how important a second chance is! If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Rob is arrogant, self centered, and does not show compassion or care about his customers. He has a very short temper, and may need some anger management classes. Will not admit fault under any circumstance, even though the whole mess was caused by his employees. I really do not know where to start, there are so many negatives with my experience. First it took them over a month and a half when it should of taken 3 weeks at the most. Second I have never dealt with a company that gives so many excuses to why things are not done. Third the communication between them and me was terrible. Fourth they say that a picture is worth 1000 words well I am posting pictures of how they tried to deliver the vehicle to me and trust me the whole car was like that. It had additional damage that was done by them, it had been wiped with what seemed a dirty rag leaving not only water marks but streaks . Then I waited for another 1 and Half hour for them to finish it. Finally the vehicle has four sensors that have been broken or erase by them and not corrected I have to take it to the dealership in order to be fixed. Boiling it all down, the best word I can use to describe their work ethics is they SUCK!!!!! and the funny thing is that I went there on a referral LMAO. Like I told them, " I would be embarrassed to be associated with this company" So if you go there, good luck I guess you can equated to a roll of the dice and hope that you do not have the same experience as I did but to make sure do take pictures of your whole car and compare it to when you get it back. As you can tell by my history, I do not write reviews but this was so bad that if it helps one person it was worth my time. read more
