When i know it was there initially because the installer came to me and explained it was a directional tire and couldnt be put on the other side rear location. It was 6 months old and in great shape. i was told it wasn't there after they say they searched for it. to try and rectify the situation she gave me a 4 year old tire that's not even the same size as the rest of the tires on the car . Also, most of the wires and hoses were disconnected. We had to purchase new hardware in addition to the new water pump and timing belt. Very poor and expensive quote. We will never use them again.

When I went to retrieve my car I noticed a scuff mark on the passenger side front I'd never seen before and it was definitely recent.. I went back into the shop and said Fellas we have a problem..
