Why would anyone do that after they already charged me 500.00 and did nothing. They claim they can read the diagnostics on the truck. I had diagnostics done on the truck done by a mobile mechanic, he pinpointed the problem within 15 minutes and set about to repair it. So please if you have a problem with your ride don't take it to Get It Gone in Oakland, because they don't know what they are doing. Biggest joke for a repair shop I have ever seen.

Filed a police report and reported to the bank then to the insurance company. Also deleted his Facebook page which I was also following. Next step is the Better Business Bureau. A guy at the shops addresses claimed Randale Turley sold him the shop and the car wasn't there, though I definitely do not believe him. Also said he didn't know where he was. Get Er Done Automotive LLC or whomever owns the shop at 1121 Worford street are thieves and scammers. Don't trust anything in the area anymore. If you know this Randy person or happen to run into him, please tell him that I need my wife's car. Really like to speak with him face to face....
